Lovely half-timbered house, in a long time at Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes walk from Svaneke city center and just steps from the cliff path and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which is with two built in junior beds - however, two single beds can easily be set instead. The house is in great condition and offers kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private terrace to the south. There is good insulation, district heating and wood-burning stove and is therefore rented throughout the year.

Dream location with indoor fireplace in Gudhjem

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. NB, important: In June, July and August, rental is primarily full weeks from saturday til saturday. In some cases we do from Sunday to Sunday. Beautiful vacation home (80 m2) located close (400 m.) to the wonderful beach, and only a few hundred meters from a cosy fishing village.
