Heeft natuurlijk licht, houtkachel, een praktische en goed ingerichte keuken, een eetkamer, ‘1,5’ woonkamer, een mooie badkamer met regendouche en een zitruimte op een groot terras met uitzicht op de vallei van het prachtige dorp Benamaurel.
