Het is een ontzettend fijn verblijf waar je met het dakterras en voortuin heerlijk in de zon en schaduw kan zitten. Alle benodigde voorzieningen in huis zijn aanwezig en schoon, daarbij zijn de leuke boekjes en speelgoed voor kinderen echt een hit, top! De locatie is heerlijk rustig, en heeft ook leuke restaurantjes en tapasbarren op een steenworp afstand. Lucrecia heeft een heel fijn huis en is ook heel fijn in het contact, en reageert bijna direct. Heerlijk genoten!

Hemos pasado un fin de semana increíble en este apartamento. La ubicación es perfecta, a un paso de la playa y en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para desconectar. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda, repetiremos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Todo muy lindo. Cerca de la playa, además tiene una piscina compartida muy linda. Recomiendo este lugar.

Nerea se portó maravilloso con nosotros, muy amable y con muy buena disposición, responde los mensajes muy rápido y nos encantó el depto con muy buena ubicación.

Marta's place was more than we could have wished for... The house has everything and feels like home from home. The combination of garden pool and direct access on to the beach felt like such a privilege. We were a little worried that the building work in the next door plot might disturb us but it really wasn't an issue. Getting up for sunrise on the beach and snorkeling with octopus are just some of the memories that will stay with us forever. Thank you Marta for sharing your beautiful house.

De ontvangst door host Raquel was zeer hartelijk. Kleine problemen werden snel opgelost. Het appartement ligt pal aan zee en er is ruim genoeg voor 4 personen. Aan de boulevard zijn diverse gezellige restaurants, waar tegen redelijke prijzen lekker gegeten kan worden. Het is in de ochtend altijd weer een genoegen om te kijken vanaf het balkon naar de kleine vissersboten en de binnenkomende ferry boten uit Marokko. In avond keert de rust om ongeveer 23.00 weer terug. Kortom een heerlijke plek en een geweldige host.

David and Diana are amazing hosts. They were very friendly and helpful and gave us a step by step process to get in the apartment. That was great and extremely thoughtful. The apartment was impeccable and we will be back for sure.

El alojamiento esta a 5 min andando de la playa, tiene muy buenos restaurantes cerca, y esta a 15 min del puerto, donde hay muchos locales de ocio nocturno. Es una zona muy tranquila, el apartamento estaba impecable y muy buena anfitriona.

What a wonderful stay. Five minute walk to the great beach, five minute walk to the supermarket, five minute walk to the local coffee shop and bar. Salva met us on arrival and showed us the apartment. If we needed anything we just asked. We will go again and we would highly recommend this property.

Ik heb het hier ontzettend naar mijn zin gehad! Heerlijk wat een fijn verblijf. Ik hoop volgend jaar hier weer terug te komen!

great location,walk everywhere, to the sea, restaurants.. quiet too

This place is in the most incredible location. Honestly if you want peace tranquility and your own beautiful beach this is the place. The views are absolutely amazing. The sea is crystal clear. It should be noted you are surrounded by agricultural land so the house is not going to be so easy to find especially when arriving in the dark. Saying this it means you have absolutely peace and quiet! It's around an 8 minute trip into adra where theres lots of restaurants etc. As with most of Spain unfortunately we did spend time picking up alot of rubbish around the beach and surrounding areas but I think it's slowly getting better! Maria's communication was spot on, very very helpful and responded straight away. Any issues or concerns were addressed promptly. We will definitely be returning!

Un grand merci à Victor et Christina pour leur accueil chaleureux et la qualité de leur logement. L’endroit est magnifique, ressourçant, avec un cadre paisible idéal pour se reconnecter. L’appartement est lumineux, aménagé avec goût dans un style minimaliste que j’apprécie particulièrement. L’accès au social club est un vrai plus, et la région est tout simplement superbe. Le guide mis à disposition est bien conçu et très utile. Le seul petit bémol : la présence de quelques cafards à l’extérieur dans la résidence la nuit, ce qui surprend au début, même si tout est manifestement bien entretenu. Je recommande vivement ce séjour, et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir ! Aurélie & David

Emplacement idéal, proche de la plage ,de criques, des sentiers de randonnées, et pas loin de la isleta del moro et de ces restaurants. Très central pour visiter la région. Antonio, Maria et leurs 8 chats sont très gentils et accueillants. Un petit bémol sur le samedi soir où la discothèque voisine du Chaman à fait une soirée techno danse pendant plus de 12h. On n'entendait pas la musique mais les basses étaient présentes. On a réussi à bien dormir quand même 😜. On recommande chaudement car c'est vraiment un super endroit .

Estancia muy agradable. Muy cómoda. A 5 minutos de la playa y restaurantes. Maylo fue muy amable y flexible con la entrada y la salida. El apartamento estaba impecable y es muy cómodo y bonito. Sin duda repetiría.

A gorgeous little beach apartment with fantastic views! Everything was very clean and tidy and Miguel’s partner Ángela was very helpful in providing the keys and access. This was the perfect relaxing spot for a long weekend! The restaurants are all 5 min walk too, great location!

NL meivakantie.'25, We were there while the power collapsed in whole Spain/Portugal... (No electricity, tv, radio, pin, internet and also no water). Host kept us posted from moment he was able to, and reassured us (thanks that was great). There were candles, a lantern and a bbq, so we could eat, and bucket to fill with water. House is very well equiped and looks modern; garage, wifi, tv with netflix option, great terrace, cosy beds, there were enough (tea)towels. Walk through the brown door (w.key) and you are at the beach in 5 min. Aguadulce is a cute area, only thing that would have made it more excellent would be see-sight (1 floor up and just outside door it is visible) and maybe some loungechairs on the terrace. And bring earplugs; neighbours were a little loud watching football late at night sometimes. Visited San José, Almeria, Tabernas desert, Cabo de Gata and had a wonderful holliday!

The apartment is in a prime location and is fully equipped for a longer stay. Carmen is a kind host who is always there for you. I had a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Paco’s place. He is an excellent communicator before, during and at the end of your stay. You have the beach within a 5-7 minute walk. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and cafes you can go to. The bus stop and taxi stop are just a short walk away. Going into Central Almeria is a 20 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and very well organized; perfect for 1 or 2 people. There are plenty of amenities, appliances, shower stuff, laundry stuff, plates and cups, etc. The neighborhood is quiet. The double sink in the bathroom is an added benefit as is the washing machine especially when you have extended stays. The shower is tight but doable and also has a bathtub so you could use that. There is plenty of hot water. The lighting is good. The kitchen is is ideal for ready made meals. . If you have a car, parking is hard to find but not impossible. Paco’s place is great and the best places I have stayed while using Airbnb.
