Het is heerlijk vertoeven in het huis van Xer! En in de rustige, groene omgeving kom je helemaal tot rust. Het is werkelijk een aanrader!

We had a fab stay at Sanne’s place, the location was perfect for us to explore the local area but also great for access to main roads to larger attractions. It was great for kids and our group had a lovely time.

Carlis Wohnung ist einfach total schön, sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Es standen Wein und Kekse zur Begrüßung in der Küche und es gab reichlich Kaffeekapseln und Tee zur Auswahl. Leider konnten wir bei Regenwetter die schöne Terasse nicht nutzen. Es gibt aber zwei schöne überdachte Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten. Die Lage direkt am Wasser und unweit von Nijmegen sowie zahlreichen kleineren schönen Orten bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge mit dem Rad und Wanderungen in der Nähe. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Das Einzige, was bei einem längeren Aufenthalt vielleicht nützlich wäre, ist ein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank. Wir haben es bei unserem Kurzurlaub über's Wochenende aber nicht vermisst.

Wir haben die Zeit in der sehr,sehr gastfreundlichen Unterkunft sehr genossen. Ruhig gelegen, alles jedoch schnell zu erreichen. Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und immer zu erreichen. Wir danken für eine rundum tolle Zeit.

Kurztripp mit Langzeitwirkung. Wir aren für ein paar um den runden geburtstag meiner Frau nur mit der engsten Familie in Julianadorp. Ingrids Haus ist einer Anlage gelegen, von der aus man in wenigen Minuten den Strand erreicht. Die Anlage ist ruhig und gepflegt. Ingrid hat uns für uns 5 ein tolles Haus geboten. Eingroßer Wohn-Essebereich mit Küche, sodass alle immer zusammen waren. Da war auch der große Tisch perfekt, auch für Spielabende. Bei schönem Wetter konten wir gleich raus aus die Terrasse. Hinter dem Haus der Wasserlauf, auf dem Enten und Blesshühner paddelten. Highlight: Das Bad im Haus mit barrierefreier Dusche und Blick auf die Tulpenfelder. Auch Ingrid als Vermieterin war immer an unserer Seite. Gerne wieder.

It was such a pleasure and privilege to stay at this home. The house is worthy of museum status — a gem of art nouveau glass and tiles. But it also features a fantastic modern kitchen, great WiFi, and comfortable beds. In other words, the best of both historic and modern. The location is perfect, with steps-away access to transit, groceries, dining, and more. Adjacent to a canal, the site is also a natural haven, filled with nighttime sounds and daytime bird life. We were treated to a goose family with multiple goslings for part of our stay! Washer/dryer are great, as was the tv and other appliances. And finally, the decor is stylish and interesting….perfectly themed for those interested in travel. Having stayed at nearly 100 Airbnbs, this was one of our all-time favorites.

Ein absolutes Schmuckstück direkt am Kanal – ein Traum für Design-Liebhaber! Dieses Haus ist einfach ein kleines Paradies mitten in Haarlem! Die Lage direkt am Kanal ist nicht nur malerisch, sondern auch herrlich ruhig – perfekt zum Entspannen. Der kleine Garten ist eine grüne Oase, liebevoll gestaltet und ideal für einen Morgenkaffee oder ein Glas Wein am Abend. Die Inneneinrichtung ist außergewöhnlich – modern, exklusiv und mit ganz viel Gespür für Stil und Atmosphäre. Jedes Detail ist durchdacht, jedes Möbelstück scheint mit Bedacht ausgewählt. Man spürt sofort: Hier hat jemand mit Herz und einem feinen Sinn für Design eingerichtet. Die Betten sind herrlich bequem!

Marjolein and Jan are lovely hosts. They give great attention to their home and gardens. As shared, the home is walkable to the train and Heiloo business district. We were welcomed with delicious soup and snacks and were given time to chat and ask questions. Their kindness and willingness to help us navigate North Holland, and to make recommendations throughout our stay, was exceptional. I wish we had more time to chill, however, we squeezed in many beautiful sites in 5 short days. The small towns being a highlight! Heiloo is super and the locals so friendly:). Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende mit der ganzen Familie in der Villa ( 8 Erwachsene & 5 Kinder ) Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet sehr viel Platz zum Spielen und toben. Der Weg zum Strand führt durch einen wunderschönen Wald. Die Kommunikation zwischen Gastgeber und uns war einwandfrei. Bei Fragen hatten man innerhalb wenigen Minuten eine Rückmeldung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We found ourselves constantly noticing new, clever design elements throughout our stay. It was more than just a place to sleep—it was an experience in itself. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and the host made everything seamless from start to finish. If you appreciate great design and a memorable atmosphere, this is the place for you. Het huis voldeed prima aan de verwachtingen! Temperatuur in het woongedeelte was heerlijk! De slaapkamers waren beduidend koeler wat wij ook als zeer prettig ervaren hebben. Het was ook heerlijk om in het keukengedeelte de ruimte te hebben. Al met al was ons familieweekend zeer geslaagd!

We had an amazing stay at Rick's Airbnb! The home had everything we needed and had plenty of spaces to relax. Rick was very responsive to any communication and had suggestions regarding local restaurants and facilities such as a gym. We highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Pien’s place with a group of nine friends. Everybody was impressed with the place. The house is very luxurious and big. The bedrooms have private bathrooms. We decided not to go to a restaurant as the house and the kitchen were a treat for us to stay. The surrounding is very beautiful, fantastic view from the house to the fields and forest. We spotted deer in the garden! Overall we can highly recommend it.

Mega genoten van het verblijf! Op de bank buiten kun je heerlijk in het zonnetje zitten en de locatie is perfect. Het huisje is wel heel erg gehorig, maar dat weet je met een oud pand.

Lovely Airbnb in the country right across the street from hiking trails and close to a cafe and brewery. Very clean, quiet, spacious, and has everything you need for a great stay. Would highly recommend and if I am ever in the area, would definitely love to stay there again.

Heel mooi en fijn verblijf, ruim en schoon. Een fijne communicatie met host, die tevens heel behulpzaam is geweest. Waarvoor nogmaals dank. Flexibele aankomst naar gelang het de schoonmaakwerkzaamheden het toelieten. Ook goede communicatie hierover. Hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad , ondanks het slechte weer, met 6 volwassenen. Maison fabuleuse dans un endroit calme et serein. tranquillité assurée. accueil très chaleureux, et explications très claires. La maison est tres spacieuse, fonctionelle et tres joliment decoré. Hôtes à l'écoute et prévenant. Si on revient un jour à Amsterdam nous reviendrons dans ce logement. Encore merci

The accommodation is in a unique location overlooking the beach and North Sea. It’s tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Even has its own private fitness equipment and there is also the use of an indoor pool. Everything was immaculate and every detail from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Luna’s mother went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us some outstanding local tips. It would be a perfect location for a larger gathering as Luna also runs a Beach House opposite. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway, an active beach holiday or simply a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of IJmuidens coastal charm.

Dennis ist ein sehr netter Mann, wir haben keine einzige Schwierigkeiten bei Checkin oder Checkout gehabt, das Haus ist wunderschön und ist mit allem eingerichtet. Man braucht kaum was mitzunehmen. Die Küche das Bad Schlafräume war alles schön und wunderbar.
