Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Almaty Region

I had an amazing stay at Бауыржан’s place! The views from the top of the hill are absolutely breathtaking. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. Бауыржан was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and his uncle and aunt were just as adorable and kind. Their warmth made the whole experience feel extra special. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit. Already looking forward to it!

Светлая и небольшая квартира, но подходит для длительного проживания, если вы один. Вдвоем места маловато и холодильника не хватает. В остальном было все комфортно. Очень удобная кровать, тихо. Летом может не хватать кондиционера. В 5 минутах ходьбы отличный парк с озером. Хозяева быстро отвечают на все вопросы и идут навстречу, если необходимо.

I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

A very nice respectful family who gave privacy and quick to answer any questions. They keep their garden very nice, and everything you need is there. It was nice being near the mall too.

Firstly I would like to praise the Host as he was super helpful and responsive. this place is for nature lover and you can easily accommodate large families [easy for 10 to 12 people]. rite on top of mountain [indeed not easily accessible] but that's what you go here for. Complete cutoff from outside and get lost in the beauty and nature surrounding. however if you want to get city lively hood, it's 25 mins away and Call a Taxi do come to your door step. House had all the required amenities with proper heating for winters. Olzhas was super helpful, even guiding us with rentals for our shoe crampons. He had Sauna [we did not use it], great backyard for kids to play around, Safe locality, and a play area as well for kids. Amenities like Table Tennis, Kaeoke, PSP kept the kids and adults busy. A must stay place near Almaty

안녕하세요! 우리 일행은 성인 남성 7명으로 렌터카 2대를 이용하여 3박을 하였습니다. 호스트는 친절하고 적극적으로 안내하고 소통하였습니다. 숙소는 알마티 시내를 조망하고 텐샨산맥의 만년설을 볼 수 있는 곳에 위치하고 있으며, 안락하고 평화로운 일상을 제공합니다. 모든 것이 완비된 숙소에서 우리 일행은 안락하고 편안한 휴식을 취하며 카자흐스탄과 알마티를 여행할 수 있었습니다. 그리고 서류를 깜박하고 두고 나왔음에도 호스트는 먼저 친절하게 연락을 주었습니다. 호스트의 친절함에 감사드리고, 이 숙소를 이용하는 모든 여행자분들에게 즐거움과 행복이 가득하기를 기원합니다. 감사합니다.

المكان مريح في الريف جدا، العامل اللي استقبلنا ( مراد ) شخص غاية في الأخلاق و التعامل و المساعدة، أنصح به للعوائل و للشباب، البيت نظيف جدا وحديث و تصميمه جميل، فقط تنبيه أن تطبيق يندكس ما يوصل للمنطقة، لكن أصحاب البيت تعاونوا معنا و نقلونا بسيارتهم الخاصة مجانا إلى منطقة قريبة من المدينة.

Nous sommes passés via booking au départ. Nous avions une confirmation et voilà qu’en surprise, arrivés sur place après 10 h de vols, nous appelions l’hôte qui nous a informés qu’il était à l’étranger et qu’il fallait annuler cette réservation. Pas du tout sérieux booking😡 Dans notre désespoir sur un premier jour sur le sol du Kazakhstan, je me suis retourné vers air b and b. Je savais qu’il proposait des super hôte. Et la, je trouve une réservation proposée par Nathaly et la quelle a été le plaisir de communiquer avec elle 🙏 Nathaly est réellement une super hôte, qualité bien méritée Elle réagissait aussitôt et disponible avec un contact très très convivial. Je recommande les yeux fermés ce lieux très accessible ( métro, bus, à pied, taxi …) Alors merci Nataly 🥰

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulnar’s place. It was just like the pictures – clean, cozy, and in a great location. Gulnar was super helpful and always there if we needed anything. She made everything really easy and comfortable for us.

My favorite place in Almaty, 10/10. Felt totally home, unlike other rather in charming “normal” places that I had been to. This is a Home with character! I did also really like the area, slightly more residential and less touristy, yet close to coffee and good bites, easy ride away from let’s say core downtown. Would have loved to stay longer actually. Amazing host, so responsive and supportive. I will be back to Almaty and ideally again in this wonderful place.

설산이 보이는 풍경이 매우 인상적이었습니다. 아침에 일어나서 창 밖을 보면 기분이 좋아졌습니다. 숙소 위치도 보안이 뛰어난 단지 내에 있었습니다. 수건과 침구도 깨끗했고 편안하게 지내기에 부족함이 없었습니다. 호스트가 필요한 부분을 잘 응답해주었습니다.

The apartment is cery cozy and clean. I hope they change the kitchen utensils especialy the ladle and caserole. But everything is perfect, the location, the view from the apartment and the best thing also that there is a market available on the ground foor of the building. Thank you.

Highly recommend this place... host Nurlan, very friendly and helpful... place is centrally located, spic and span and had all essential amenities... well connected to all important landmarks.. he warned in advance about pitfalls as regards to taxi/cab situation... had a memorable stay at his apartment... can't wait to visit again in December... keep it up Nurlan... deserves 5 stars

Place was great and the location amazing - you can fall asleep hearig the little creek flowing by downstairs. And there is a great path for jogging right next to the building and the location is very central but quiet at the same time with mountain view which is wonderful to wake up to.

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The apartment was a great combination of style and comfort - spotlessly clean linens and a fresh style. The hospitality of the host Madina was exceptional; her responsiveness and warmth were pleasant, such a personal touch I have never experienced before. She went above and beyond to make me feel at home, offering valuable insights into the city and recommendations. This Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness and coziness, as well as modern style and warm hospitality.
