The apartment is surrounded by nature and located within the protected area of Bandama. Very quiet and comfortable and only 15 minutes away from the city. It's 55 sqm large and suitable for couples or families with 1-2 children. Relax or get a tan without noise or neighbors, you will only hear the birds. Or use the apartment as your home base to explore the rest of the island. Easy and free parking by the house, access to shops, restaurants and public transport only 3 minutes away.

It is very central to all the most visited places in the capital. Soccer stadium, basketball, a Mercadona 5 minutes away, beaches, Poema del Mar. Several gyms, tennis courts. Several restaurants, hamburgers, pizzerias, where you eat well. Several shopping malls in the area, a park for running and exercising. 3 kilometers away you have the famous Playa de las Canteras (beach) in the heart of the city, where there is a variety of cuisine Note:It is a third floor with no elevator.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

A nice house within an estate, located in the beautiful Guiniguada ravine, 5 minutes from the Canarian garden, full of native flora, 15 minutes from the Gran Canaria stadium, and 20 minutes from Las Canteras beach. It is a very cozy cottage that was formerly used as a barn for the animals of the area. It has a private garden, very cozy for sunbathing, reading, eating, drinking surrounded by nature… a very relaxing experience, we recommend it and we are delighted to welcome you.

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

Luxury apt. Silbo La Colonial

The Silbo apartment for 2 people is a 37 m2 studio on the ground floor of La Colonial Suites, a renovated mansion in the old town of Vegueta, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Its large windows give it a very special light and it has a cozy mezzanine, bathroom with skylight, independent kitchen and a living room that preserves the very high original tea wood ceilings, hydraulic floors, an exact replica of those of the time, exposed brick walls. and old stone walls.

Casa Catina is located in the village of Huerta del Barranco, in the natural park of Tejeda, Gran Canaria.
