Idéal pour faire du shopping au centre ville ou faire des balades au bord de la Loire. Vous pourrez faire le marché le mercredi et le dimanche matin ou visiter Sancerre et ses vignobles (12km)

Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Enjoy a comfortable accommodation on the main and busy street of the village labeled "City and Crafts" at the crossroads of all the visits to be made. ▪️ You will be next to the castle-museum of Grès and its 30 potters. 15 ▪️minutes from the Château de Saint Fargeau, Saint Sauveur en Puisaye and Guédelon. 30 ▪️mins from the wine cellars of Pouilly sur Loire and Sancerre as well as the many goats to Chavignol. Also ▪️enjoy the multiple hiking trails.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Charming refurbished cottage in a peaceful location. It will be perfect to accommodate you on a work trip. 5 min CNPE, visit the banks of the Loire, cultural outings.
