This former pâté factory was completely renovated in 2016/2017. It is a complete house, with kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. In the bathroom, there is a shower, toilet and sink. There are two bedrooms. One has a double bed (140x200) with a wardrobe. The other room has a bunk bed and a chest of drawers. Furthermore, there is a small utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

Located in the Ariège Pyrénées Regional Natural Park, this renovated old mill is located in the charming little village of Sabarat. Its large south-facing terrace overlooks the Arize River and its bank, ideal for resting or relaxing by the water. Privileged environment, ideal for fishermen or nature lovers.
