On the first floor, there is the living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that give a superb view of the Bocage Bourbonnais. Then on the second there is the bedroom with shower and toilet. A large enclosed garden, your dogs are welcome, and a spacious terrace complete everything, relaxing!!

"La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated rural residence located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for moments of relaxation. The land is lined with plant hedges, which clearly delimits the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 motorway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.

This is our newest 3 bedroom gite on the property. The kitchen is fully functional and spacious. Two cooking induction rings are in function. You will also find a dishwasher and a coffee machine + a water boiler. The living room has basic yet comfortable furniture. The gite includes a private entrance and a garden. The swimming pool and terrain are shared with other guests. The property is not baby/child proof.
