The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. Charming sunny Apt Massif des Bauges

The accommodation was refurbished in 2021/2022, I live there episodically because I am a first aid tracker and makes it available when I am not there. I am 23 years old, this is my first acquisition and I have taken great care to renovate it, I hope you enjoy it to the fullest. New, an internet and TV box has just been installed (19/09/22) in the accommodation.
