The house has its own bathing bridge with rowboat and two paddleboards for free use. The garden is large, wild and family-friendly with a buried trampoline, a shelter, a fire pit, small cozy corners. Lovely 2-story house with lovely garden with lots of child-friendly amenities, large wooden terrace, barbecue, fire pit, etc. Located centrally in Farum, close to shopping, train station, forest, lake and nature. The house is 125 sqm and newly renovated in 2022, and therefore appears in very good condition. Farum is a cozy and quiet town, surrounded by lake and forest, with cozy restaurants, cafes, a shopping center, library, etc. within walking distance from the home. And then it's only 20 minutes by car and 30 minutes by train into Copenhagen.
