Vacation rentals with a patio in Allen County

My friend and I stayed here and it was beautiful. The apartment was very modern and clean. It was very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The host was great communicating with. I recommend!

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment right in between downtown and West Central. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and close to everything. The Host is always very responsive and communicative. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Declan. Elle is a very good host. She’s very responsive, friendly, and she went above and beyond for me during my stay. The home was very nice , quiet and clean. I would highly recommend The Declan House for an affordable stay in Fort Wayne.

Overall great house. No complaints at all about the place or how clean it was. Garage parking was very tight even for our Chevy malibu, anything larger won't fit and would need to park in the front of the house.

I stayed here a couple nights while working a show at the Embassy Theatre. It is a great location and within walking distance which was very convenient during my stay. Also very close by walks: TinCap's Parkview field, the public library, the hospital, and many local restaurants. Parking is included in the lot right behind building, and it is pet friendly, which was a huge plus for me. Nearby Camp Allen Park is a nice place to take the pooch. Haley did a great job converting an old carriage house into a very cozy dwelling with all the necessities and tasteful decor. Ideal for solo business travelers like me or couples. I recommend this place to anyone visiting or working in downtown Fort Wayne. I wish I could have stayed longer, the historic neighborhood is lovely and I felt right at home.

My media team stayed here for a local wedding and we were very impressed. Host was beyond kind, accommodating, and understanding of odd flight schedules. property was perfect and well situated. would certainly stay again!

This is the second time my sister and I have stayed here on a visit to Ft. Wayne. We would definitely stay here again. Brent is very quick to respond to any concerns. The yard is particularly nice for my service dog, and having a fully equipped kitchen and onsite laundry is a real plus.

My family and I came into town for my nephews graduation and for the 9 of us that stayed there we felt right at home! We were able to communicate well with Cassi and her team when supplies were needed and promptly delivered. The space was perfect for our family and we had a great time getting together in one space instead of having to deal with hotel rooms. It has been years since my mom had all of us kids and grandkids under one roof and she loved every second. Definitely recommend this home to anyone needing a place in the Fort Wayne area.

Dalton was very responsive and friendly. The house was only 1 mile from the downtown area which was very convenient. The house amenities came with a washer and dryer, toaster, microwave, etc which was very helpful. And has a fenced in yard which is perfect if you need to bring your pets. We had a very nice time! Everyone felt comfortable.

Great location, right downtown, close to shops, restaurants, etc. We had a family event and the house worked perfectly for that - plenty of room, nice open design on ground floor with an open and well equipped kitchen. The house is a renovation, and they did a good job with the updates. Very clean and host was accessible for questions. We would rent this house again for trips to Fort Wayne.

Mary’s home was very quaint and comfortable! Had everything we needed and more. I definitely recommend staying here and would stay again in the future.

Our family came into Fort Wayne for our son's high school graduation from Concordia Lutheran High School. We were able to have everyone together with all the bedrooms, bathrooms, space, and location being exactly what we needed. We had great family time in a comfortable space, which was exactly what we hoped for! Thank you to Matt for hosting our family and for your hospitality.

A well loved home but had everything we needed. Great host and very responsive. Safe and nice neighborhood and close to everything we needed. Stayed with other families for a weekend of basketball. Great place to chill and hang out at. Boys loved the pool table.

We were in town for a wedding. This home was the perfect place for us all to visit together while at the same time having enough private space as well. The back yard was really nice and private.

We had a super great visit as first time visitors to FW. We came for a symphony performance specifically, but had a great time generally. Farmer’s Market on Barr, Friendly Fox for brunch, drinks at the Brass Rail and we LOVED the new bistro witching 2 blocks of the unit - The Abstract. As regular travelers, FW was a ton of affordable fun and Julie’s unit was one of the most lovely and creative spaces we’ve stayed in a decade. Came to FW to celebrate turning 50 and happy I do so. We will be back! Appreciate this space!

Wish I could have stayed longer! It’s so nice and the location was fantastic, close to the venue of the concert we were going to. Super cozy, would love to return!
