The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Relax and unwind in this colorful, stylish ranch home, located in the desirable Pine Valley neighborhood! Dogs are welcome, but note the back yard is not enclosed! This updated home is conveniently located 6 minutes from Parkview Hospital and 16 minutes from downtown. Keep the kids busy with three TV's. Sunset Ranch - Fort Wayne

Please be honest and no smoking at all in the house!! Thanks for keeping my place clean during your stay :) No parties. Bridal showers and small things like that are probably OK. Just ask. Please, be sincere on guest count over 4. This is a nice 3-bedroom ranch house with 2 full bathrooms. There is a large back yard with a patio and a farmer's field beyond. Great for spending time with your friends and family having a cook-out and/or bonfire.

Adorable 1920 cozy guest cottage sits on nearly 4 1/2 beautiful acres next to Owner's home and barn in the NE part of the city. It is close to parks, trails, and a shopping center and is less than 15 minutes from downtown! Close to main roads. Enjoy large outdoor area for fun play, including private pool during summer (shared). Quiet yet convenient. Perfect getaway! We also Airbnb 'Farmhouse suite'. No parties, pool or otherwise.
