We were welcomed with a sweet birthday gift and card! This weekend was filled with lots of events for us. A birthday and a wedding. We used this cute little place for our bridal shower breakfast and got wedding ready. It had everything we needed and we were all comfortable. I highly recommend this location! It’s beautiful!

Jesse was a great host to a wonderful stay. My extended family needed a place to lodge that would house all of us, and everything was very accommodating. Beautiful property, spacious home, and everything we needed for a comfortable night. We would have loved to stay longer and enjoy everything the home and surrounding area had to offer.

This was one of the most thoughtfully beautiful airbnbs. It was so clean and decorated for the holiday and made me feel like I was at home immediately. I stayed here with my family for a weekend and we barely wanted to leave the house. It was a super cozy with games, a huge comfy couch, and everything you could possibly need to cook a nice family meal. Thank you Robin for such a great stay!

We had such a great time! It was very private location but it was close to Jamestown and Chataqua Lake so we were able to find some fun things to do . It was a little cold and rainy for the last weekend in May but was perfect to have fires in the evening. We enjoyed our daily visits from Frank the cat and also Ernie stopped by a few times too. The loaf of bread was a very nice welcome gift. Lots of space for our group of 4 😀 We would definitely come again. Even offered us to take our time on check out day. Nice private spot while still close to basic amenities, within 30 minutes driving distance of many PA state parks.

my wife and I agreed that this is one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed at. The location was private and just a few miles outside of town. so much to do plenty of hiking trails, state parks, and of course right next to lake erie was a plus. I loved that we had so much space in the house for our children. Would highly recommend and we definantly are planning on being back in the future

Dylan’s place was great. It was clean, spacious and a great location with an awesome view from the front porch. We would definitely stay again.

This house is fantastic! So beautiful and comfortable. From the beds, to the chairs and the abundance of towels, toys, games and pool supplies it was expertly supplied for a great visit! Around every corner was another bathroom which came in very handy for showering while other's slept. The house was so clean! Joe kept us informed with tips on how things worked and let us know he welcomed any questions we had. The outside activities of pickleball and golf and frisbee golf were great fun! We will definitely return for a visit!

Emily was an incredible host!! We arrived slightly earlier than planned and she immediately came down to the tiny home to make sure everything was ready, even leaving some amazing bread and homemade jam as a welcome gift Although we didn’t have great weather, property was wonderful to walk around and proximity to ellicottville and sculpture park was great. Emily’s picnic was to die for!! Had it waiting for us when we got back from town. When we wanted to make a fire after dinner, she brought down a ton of firewood for us as soon as I messaged her. 10/10 would come again!! Perfect staycation for the Buffalo area

We had a great weekend staying in this Airbnb at Seven Springs. The place was very spacious, had lots to do (hot tub, ping pong table, firepit, grill, etc.) and loved the attention to detail. The hosts were very quick to respond as well. Will definitely be planning another stay here in the future!

Stayed at Brittney’s place for 3 nights, it’s a beautiful home, no problems she contacted us all throughout the stay. Close to resort, shuttle service, very neat and clean home. I would highly recommend if your goin g to seven springs, this is where you would want to stay.

This place is cleaned with eco/people friendly products which is very important for my immune system. No febreezes, scented candles, chemical air fresheners, hormone disrupting laundry soap, and dish soap! They are ahead of the curve and care about you by providing such products! They provide essential cookware, lovely instant or fresh latte brewed daily or hot chocolate for your pleasure. The family is wholesome, active, full of life, and a nice balancer and healing to be by for us after experiencing turmoil in our life🙏truly a blessing 🙏 the place is beautiful, clean, stylish, comfortable, and you have a view of the mountains. Gratitude practice notebook inside if you do choose. I highly recommend 🙏

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo! We loved how well stocked it was…. All paper products were provided, seasonings, and plenty of cooking utensils. Your place is lovely, decorated so nice. We enjoyed the back patio, so peaceful. Great location with the pool close by. It’s just a few steps to get the shuttle to the lodge. Thanks for sharing your place and hopefully we’ll be back again.

My boyfriend and I scheduled a little getaway to celebrate his birthday at Gene’s Airbnb. It was a great place to stay for a few days and with it being off season, was very quiet and peaceful! The place was very cozy feeling! We loved the sauna and jacuzzi. Gene was very proactive making sure we knew all the house information before our trip. I will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful home! Spacious and comfortable! Backyard was completely fenced in, and the neighborhood was quiet! The kitchen had almost every type of appliance and utensil that you would want for a “staycation!” The hot tub was also delightful and well maintained! And plenty of towels! We look forward to coming in the summer

A bit out of the way is where you stay and back beyond the gate. A quaint cabin full of glass more windows could open but that will pass. The beauty and space will surprise the eyes. It fills your mind with the beautiful scenery and is well worth the wait. Pass the porch with the picnic table and see all of the nests of the birds before. Look up to see a few more in nooks and crannies; even above the door. The Cardinal will remind you of your neighbors and will greet you upon the lights first rays. That won't be soon. You have your day of play on the rocks and the fire will set your night ablaze. Inside this home cozy and warm sometimes too warm because of the gas wood burning stove. All is provided for and shared between owner and guest of past each need thought of like a claim comfy in a cove. The wood for your fire, the butter for your toast. The coffee the tea the water you need most. The space for your dog and child to play, a couch and TV for when that fades away. Yours fortoday

The cabin and surroundings were beautiful! There was a small mishap with check-in, but Justin responded quickly and got things straightened out! Saw plenty of wildlife and beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

This spot is sooo cute and nice. It’s situated on its own personal creek area. It was so peaceful to wake up there and drink coffee overlooking the water. We kept warm with the wood burning heater and enjoyed a hot shower in the morning. Beautiful starry sky at night and peaceful sleep in a comfortable bed. Would love to come back some time!

Definitely everything Irwin said it would be, and Moore, what a great host, I believe I have made a new friend, very social, honest down to earth, all around good human being absolutely great communicator way way way be on our expectations of a host, could not have been better, just can’t say enough about how everything went and was, but mother nature didn’t play along so well, but if it wasn’t for the host and the absolute best place to stay in, that wouldn’t have been as much excitement and fun, beautiful surroundings, nestled in the Allegheny mountains,110% love.

It was a very nice place , great location and plan on future stays , we did have a hornet problem at the wood shed and we did eliminate them with an product found at the home , are family has allergic reactions to bee stings so it was important to eliminate them for our safety, but that is part of being outdoors so it was not a grave concern after they were eliminated

The Cozy Cabin takes me back to my childhood summers spent on a farm! I love bringing my grandchildren here, to enjoy nature and to just spend time together, something that is hard to come by these days! Everything you need is provided for, and we’ve learned to bring less and less every time we visit! Thank you, Will for always being a great host!

This converted barn was a lovely weekend getaway. It is secluded and very private which is just what we were looking for. The home was exceptionally clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. I appreciated the little touches like a few snacks and water on arrival and the makings for s'mores for the outdoor firepit. The kitchen was well stocked, along with spices in the cabinet and condiments in the fridge for use. The bathroom had ample towels and soap, shampoo, and conditioner available. The first floor: living area with couch, chair, and TV. The kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area on the second floor. The bedroom is on the third floor, and one must climb a ladder type stair to access it. The ceiling is low up there, so if you are tall, watch your head. Hopefully, you're nimble since waking at night to use the bathroom might be a challenge for some. There are few amenities nearby, so you may want to purchase your food and other items ahead. Lewistown has the nearest decent restaurants.
