Mountain/River View * Hot Tub * King

CassandraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The first 10 minutes of our stay was just us walking around the house going “are you kidding me” between the view, the personal touches (down to the quirky cabinet handles!!), the record player/collection, having stuff for smores readily available for the fire pit, and the sunroom where my husband had to drag me out of the morning we left. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, we would definitely stay here again!

Wild, Wonderful Five-Bedrm Loghome

GailRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Susan's house was exactly what we wanted for our girl's weekend. We take this trip annually, and all we want to do is relax. We eat, drink and play games. Susan's house was perfect. The screened in porch was our favorite place to be. Susan was wonderful - gave detailed instructions ahead of time, left a ton of breakfast choices - eggs in the fridge, and bagels, muffins, etc. in the freezer. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The house is surrounded by beautiful trees and rocks. We will definitely return!

Amazing Views, Hot Tub, WiFi, Deck, & Fire Pit!

SannaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The cabin was cleaned well, smelled clean (not musty at all) and we didn't encounter excessive bugs, etc. It is well equipped for a short stay. It is rustic and definitely shows wear and tear but that is represented in the listing (and even expected, given the cabin is dog-friendly). The view from the deck is lovely and it gets pleasantly breezy at night. Plenty of outdoor seating. The living room does get hot in the afternoon/evening but each bedroom is cooled by a floor or wall A/C. The host is very responsive.

Hawk's Nest

CaitlinRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had such a wonderful stay at Hawk’s Nest! It was exactly what we were looking for to have a quiet family getaway. The home was beautiful and the view was stunning. We had a couple of rainy days and it was so cool to watch the storms roll in over the landscape. Debbie and Steve were perfect hosts - they were always quick to respond and super friendly/thoughtful. Thank you so much for a great time in your beautiful home!

Canal Cabin (#1) Bunks. Close to Canal.

JuliaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Andrew’s canal cabins were exactly what we expected after our day of riding the C&O trail. The cabins were only about 1/2 mile off the trail and we had no problem finding them and check-in was a breeze. We were able to walk over to the local tavern for some beer and wings. Coffee in the morning, then back out on our ride. These cabins were perfect for what we needed!

Cozy Cabin with River Beachfront

My husband and I stayed here with our dogs for our anniversary! The river is beautiful and clean. The house was perfect for a weekend get away and so quiet. It was perfect to unplug! We had so much fun with the old Nintendo games and original Disney movies instead of internet or WiFi. We didn’t want to leave!

Namba Cabin - River Access | Pets | Wifi | Porch

BrookeRating, 5 stars7 months ago
This place was definitely an amazing stay. Secluded in the woods but still not far from Berkley Springs and Paw Paw. There was plenty of linens and kitchen items. However please be aware if you are booking for the fence and because you are bringing dogs, the yard is not separated from the back porch with a gate. It is open and my dog would easily have been able to crawl under the porch railing and run free. I did read this in other comments so I brought two baby gates to block it off. (Two is needed, not one) Easy fix. My family and dog both enjoyed this home very much!

The Fern: Pet-Friendly | Fireplace | EV | River

BrianRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We thought this home was even nicer than the pictures. 10/10 What a great find. The Fern was the perfect balance for our needs. So quiet and relaxing and if you are like me and work all the time and want to get away this place is for you. This cabin has a multi-screen desk set up and VERY good internet (NO STARLINK). We were super thankful for the provided firewood (Great Fireplace). We stayed 10 days and went through so much of it. Both my wife and I appreciated all the small details about this home. We have 2 Dogs that thoroughly enjoyed inspecting the whole property and more. I wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed the deck and the screened-in area. We will be coming back to check them out. The Grill was in Good condition :) My Wife enjoyed the large dining table making it easy to puzzle and game but still have room to eat. 3 nitpicks (personal opinion) The Beds were a bit firm for our liking, I thought the TV could use a soundbar and the closest stores were 15+ mins.

Great Cacapon Cabin w/ Mountain Views

CrystalRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The place was beautifully private and wonderfully quiet! We didn't see a soul the entire time we were there! Bliss! Internet was fast. Kitchen had enough amenities to make food with. We didn't need the a/c while we stayed, but there was only one unit and it was in the window in the living room. There was a giant fan and ceiling fan in the master bedroom though. Not sure if they pop in an extra a/c unit in the bedroom once it's June, or upstairs in the loft, as it could have the potential to be toasty other than the living room. But the view was spectacular and wonderfully remote while still accessible. We would come back again!

Cacapon River Cabin w/ Private River Access!

MelissaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
The cabin looked exactly as described. I liked the openness of the great room. We had some trouble getting the fireplace to stay on but the evolve agents were incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly. Better than most airbnb hosts. We were doing a lot of exploring and hiking in the area and it was at least a 20 minute drive to everything we did. I think this location is ideal if you plan to stay at the cabin most of the time and relax and enjoy the river. The closest grocery store is easily 20 minutes away so plan. But, these comments are not meant in a negative way. I live in a rural area so I am used to driving a distance to conveniences. The cabin is great. It was too cold for us to use the deck or screened in porch but the furniture looked to be in very good condition and was clean. Very nicely laid out, clean, and peaceful. I do recommend it.

Lakefront w/Water Toys, Deck, Fire Pit & Grill

NaomiRating, 5 stars1 week ago
If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing, private getaway surrounded by nature this is the place for you. The kitchen is well stocked with spices/seasonings, paper products, pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and clean and the cabin has very cozy vibes. The kayaks, canoe, and peddle boat were wonderful to use to explore the lake. I would suggest bringing your own life jackets. The beach is small and you can’t drive your car to it without a code to unlock the gate (which guests don’t have) so we used the boats to get there. You will not have service once you leave the house so make sure you know where you’re headed. The views from the front deck and the dock were beautiful and the tire swing was a huge hit with our boys. We loved our stay at the Ferndale Lakehouse!
