Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Aljarafe

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood within a walking distance to the more central area with shops and restaurants. The outside yard area is spacey, well equipped, even for cooking outside. The house all around is well furnished and the game and cinema room in the basement makes for a nice bonus. The hosts were forthcoming, responsive, and the check in process flawless - nothing to complain about.

The place is amazing ! You do have your own pool and BBQ area oasis , in a dusty industrial part of the town … but a short drive to Dos Hermanas and you are on a 20min train to Seville central … so we loved it ! And great value . Don’t get us wrong , the accommodation is fantastic and clean and not dusty , as you are behind walls and a very secure gate ! We wanted to stay longer !

Juan es un gran anfitrión. Nos dio muchísima facilidad tanto a la entrada como a la salida. El alojamiento no le faltaba ningún detalle tal como aparece en las fotografías. Limpieza y comodidad al 100%. Volveremos a repetir y lo recomendaremos sin ningún tipo de duda.

Very nice house , lovely place ,lot of space and wonderfull location

Durante a nossa estadia, ficámos encantados com a experiência. A Marta foi incrivelmente prestável, sempre disponível para ajudar e com instruções claras que tornaram tudo muito mais fácil. Tivemos um imprevisto ao deixar as chaves dentro de casa, mas, graças à prontidão da Marta, conseguimos resolver rapidamente a situação. Quanto à casa, foi tudo perfeito. A piscina era excelente e a área exterior proporcionava momentos de lazer, onde pudemos fazer as refeições ao ar livre. A minha filha divertiu-se imenso no trampolim. Além disso, a vista era deslumbrante, ideal para relaxar, ler e aproveitar o ambiente. A localização também é ótima, ficando apenas a 15 minutos de carro de Sevilha. Isso permitiu-nos visitar a cidade todas as noites, o que foi muito agradável. Sem dúvida, voltaremos a passar mais duas semanas nesta casa incrível.

La casa bien ubicada y buen trato de Fernando, gran anfitrión facilitando todo desde el inicio hasta nuestra salida. La casa cumple con lo descrito, muy amplia y cuidada.

A pleasant place, but maybe too hot in late summer. This is an off-grid house, powered by solar panels paired with good capacity batteries, so there are limitations to what and when can be used. It was great to learn there is an air conditioner and can be used during the day, although it is not advertised. With above 30 outside, the whole house gets hot and stuffy quickly. Kids loved the little pool and we all enjoyed that everything could be found where you'd be looking for it. As far as location goes, we had no prpblem finding it on Google maps. Everyone here has dogs, so expect to hear plenty of barking all around during any time day or night. The nearby town is nice and shopping for essentials there was a breeze. 30-40 minutes drive to the shore.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana fantástico, la casa estaba genial y la amabilidad y atención por parte de los anfitriones fue estupenda. Está en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de todo tipo de negocios locales y zona de ocio donde salir a tomar unas tapas. Repetiremos sin duda en nuestra próxima visita a Sevilla.

Merci à José Joachim. Nous avons passé un agréable moments (3 jours) chez Jose Joachim. Le logement correspondait exactement à la description faite sur le site. Environnement paisible et très belle terrasse qui donne sur le fleuve. Nous étions en voiture et l'accès à la ville de Séville a été très facile pour les visites (20-25 minutes en voiture). A notre arrivée, le logement était impeccable avec tout le nécessaire. Le logement est situé dans une impasse ou les places de parking sont limitées mais il y a de la place dans les rues environnantes. Cela n'a pas été un problème pour nous.

Het appartement was geweldig, ideaal met de 2 terrassen. Appartement was schoon en alles wat nodig is was aanwezig. De locatie is zeer goed. Binnen 5 minuten bij de Setas de Sevilla en ca. 20 minuten lopen naar de overige bezienswaardigheden. Veel restaurants in de nabije omgeving. Contact met de host was goed en hij reageerde snel. Kregen bericht dat we eerder in het appartement konden en ook de koffers mochten alvast gebracht worden. Het appartement is zeer aan te bevelen

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, freundlich und hat uns einiges über den Ort und die Menschen erzählt. Sie war mit uns in einem ortstypischen Lokal zum typischen Frühstück und hat uns den Ort und einheimische Geschäfte gezeigt. Alles prima. Sabina

Una estancia como en casa con un trato familiar y súper acogedor. Son unas personas maravillosas que están pendiente de todo. Vamos a repetir sin duda. Gracias por todo

Es war wunderbar. Eine Woche Sonne und 21° Grad im Dezember. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Besonders auf unserer tollen Sonnenterasse mit dem Blick über sanfte Hügel, weite Felder und grüne Olivenhaine. Und Abends, wenn es dann schnell kalt wurde, in der gemütlichen Küche und den stilvollen Zimmern. Witzig: das dritte Schlafzimmer liegt auf der anderen Seite der Terrasse. Hier ist es nochmals ruhiger. Die Vermieter Claudia und Dieter sind sehr nett, genauso wie Fatima und Jose, die in Montellano nach dem Rechten sehen.
