Villa Pela - Deluxe

It’s Paro’s most gorgeous apartment, mixing a magnificent stone built concept with supreme comfort, all in just 400 meters from the beach. Paros is famous for its unrivalled natural beauty, beaches with crystal clear waters, traditional villages and breathtaking landscapes. A total of 32 sqm divided into two rooms can host 4 persons. In the living room area along with the kitchenette there is a comfortable couch that turns into a double-size bed and in the bedroom a queen size bed.

The accommodation is a comfortable double studio, located in the center of Alyki, on the second floor above Marina Café. It is situated directly on the seafront road, which turns into a pedestrian street in the evening, creating a pleasant and lively atmosphere. It is just a few steps from the sea, 20 meters from Alyki Beach, 80 meters from the bus stop, 4 km from Paros Airport, and 13 km from the port of Paros, making it an ideal choice for easy and convenient transportation.

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.
