Vacation rentals with a patio in Alikanas

The apartment was very nice, just like on the pictures. You felt like home. The host was very friendly and always available. I highly recommend it to everyone!! PS: Nikos' best man :)

We stayed at Klelia Cottage 7 nights and it was perfect. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was big and clean, looked exactly like the pictures, it was cleaned every day (like in a hotel), we got fresh towels and bed linen after 4 days. Beautiful small private beach is only 2mins walk from the apartment, the village is small and quiet - perfect if you rent a car/quad to explore the island and want to sleep at a quiet place. We would definitely recommend Klelia Cottage for your next vacation!

A wonderfull place with everything you need for a perfect holiday. A perfect host, the welcome is so nice you feel right at home. The rooms are big with lots of closet space. On thing do not eat at the snack academy

Our stay at the place was fantastic. Everything was super clean and the location was perfect. Communication was also impeccable and very accommodating. We were able to check in spontaneously much earlier and received tips - everything was very straightforward! Lisa came after 3 days to clean the apartment and bring new towels and linens. When our airport transport did not come, she was immediately on the spot and took us personally to the airport. All in all, I highly recommend the apartment to anyone for a vacation in Zakynthos. We will definitely come again!

clean, respectful and wasy

We stayed in the apartment for a week and had a very good time. Both the host and his father Yiannis were extremely friendly and helpful! The various foods they left us for our stay were much appreciated (especially water and grapes!). The house was exactly as shown in the photos and the location is convenient for walking to all the services and points of interest in the area, in particular the nearby beach where sea turtles lay their eggs.

Every thing was amazing, Marjana was so helpful and friendly. Our Appartment was cleaned daily, it was pristine. I would definitely recommend.

Despite being located in a very lively neighborhood at night, the apartment is not disturbed by noise given the sheltered position from the main street. The house is simply gorgeous. There is a garden in front of the veranda that makes everything even more pleasant. The host Dionisis is very friendly and kind. He brought us fresh bread more than once, as well as products from his garden. We were also allowed to postpone the checkout by a few hours, which is not a given. An experience we would gladly repeat. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The hosts were very kind and helpful, making me feel welcome. The accommodation was peaceful, providing a perfect place to relax. At the same time, it was conveniently located, allowing easy access to various places. I would recommend it.

My boyfriend and I were on the island for the first time. The place was perfect. Quietly located but not sloping. We were warmly welcomed and got tips for our stay. No matter what you needed, Paganitos took care of it and was available around the clock. They were friendly, warm, and open. We also fell in love with the cats who visited us in the morning and evening and were hungry. Of course, we gave them food and water ;) We would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to everyone.

We had a few wonderful days in this tasteful and lovingly furnished house. Eckhard and Sybille are the perfect hosts. Not only did they welcome us with a stocked fridge and helpful tips, but they also prepared everything especially for our children. During the stay, they were always available and open to all questions. The house is very comfortably furnished and really super well equipped. We've rarely had this in an AirBnB. The pool and the sea views are priceless. We would come back anytime!

The house in Agios Leon is fantastic! it is cosy and makes you feel welcome immediately! The view is stunning and to be in the village between the locals brings a special atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay enormously and will definitely return!

After a long day's travelling it was wonderful to see our transport at the airport to greet us. Just a short journey to the villa and Dion (we call him that as it's easier for my husband to say :) ) and Kostas were there to meet us with such friendly welcoming smiles we instantly felt at home. We arrived late on Sunday; so lovely to find enough food for a good supper and breakfast the next day as a gift from the hosts. The villa is spotlessly clean and has everything you need, we stayed for two weeks & whilst we did see some of the island we were so happy in our 'home from home' we BBQ'd most nights - the local store within walking distance has THE MOST WONDERFUL meat and everything else you could need at very good prices. If you want to go further into the island a hire car or quad bike is a 'must' .If you're renting a quad bike do it from a reputable company who insist on a helmet! We're already looking at our calendar for our next visit - thank you Dion and Kostas

Apartment II is newly refurbished with obvious love to details and attention - it looks exactly like the pictures. It is located in an authentic area not far from the main road and therefore convenient to many surrounding destinations. Also the shared garden/patio and pool are welcoming (many amenities to entertain children) and accurately designed. Alex is a sweetheart: always available, proactive and receptive.happy to help always and to share his Island’s tips. His kindness helped me cope with my light sleep and the two lovely - although barking - dogs patrolling the residences from their kennel. Zakynthos is worth visiting and Alex is great at making anyone feel “an insider” to this Ionian gem.

Located away from the city center, but very close, this rental is ideal for enjoying Zakinthos. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. Nothing to say, address to remember that we recommend for 2 or 3 people.

Recently renovated apartment, very nice, located on the second floor of a 3-story building. Although sometimes noisy because of the street below, there is a spacious balcony for coffee in the morning. Alexandra and Fotis are very friendly and available to give suggestions on the most interesting places on the island. The private and indoor parking space is very useful. Great location, close to the port, bus station and main street of Zakynthos.

The apartment is in the middle of the city, there is a lot to do and a 3-minute walk away is a very nice square with plenty of restaurants. The apartment has good air conditioning and good beds. We really enjoyed very much. Also there is a washing machine which is very nice. The balcony is very large and there is a nice table outside where you can sit with enough people.

Great location conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Property and amenities were as advertised, and apartment had a high-end feel. Very roomy bathroom and shower as well. Host was extremely responsive when a minor issue came up, which was solved immediately. Two things to be aware of: the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom and balcony was tight and may not be ideal for someone with limited mobility; and the mattresses were extremely firm. Overall, a great experience. Thanks very much!

The house was clean and exactly as it appears, the hostess was very helpful and willing to find us cruises to see the island. He let us stay longer as he had no reservation on the day we would leave so he made the schedule flexible. She had welcome coffees and breakfasts that were not included in the amenities, and she was willing to answer any questions we had. He also had shower gels and hair masks in both bathrooms. All I would like is for one of the three air conditioners to work a little better because it did not produce very cold air, however, we were covered by the two other air conditioners of the house

The apartment is beautiful and spotless. It was absolutely perfect for a couple to come home to after a long day. we loved having 2 terraces to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. Also very convenient having a washing machine after a 3 week journey too! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The house was perfect!Very clean and cosy,the hosts were the nicest people ever and they helped us with everything. Its location requires a car to visit the nearby beaches and the neighbourhood is quite and away from the city's noise.I highly recommend this place to everyone that visits Zakinthos!
