Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

It has a bathtub in the basement in an old cellar with a vaulted brick ceiling, on the top floor it has a spacious bedroom with a 150cm bed and a full bathroom. The living room and kitchen are on the ground floor. A unique place, ideal for couples to relax and enjoy. The stairs are steep, not suitable for infants or people with limited mobility.
