The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. It is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The two smaller bedrooms with 2 single beds each as well as the large bedroom with a double bed offer sufficient space.

Rustic romantic mini house for two people. Unique lake view from bed, right on the water, with sauna, surrounded by greenery. The house is part of a small tiny house vacation resort (four houses). The other cottages are also bookable on Airbnb. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
