The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

This cozy 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a century old building located in the popular List district of Hanover. The “Lister Meile” shopping street with supermarkets, drugstores, many small shops and cafes is only about 150m away. It's about a 5-minute walk to the subway station and about a 15-minute walk to the main train station and city center. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Welcome! Our house is located in the Moritzberg district, just 2.5 km from the pretty city center. In just 100 m there is a supermarket, hairdresser, dentist, pharmacy and bakery. The apartment has a large cozy single room, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and is located on the first floor (only 3 steps). Bicycles can be safely stored.
