The Duck Shed, a retreat to explore from.

A pretty colonial style self catering chalet, with a three sided terrace, in the beautiful undulating countryside near Lautrec. The Duck Shed shares the two hectares green space with the main farmhouse, outbuildings and numerous large trees. The building is self sufficient, designed for two people but with a convertible double sofa in the living area. It is clad with beautiful old walnut planks and is a picture of serenity. The decor is simple and characterful, modern with warmth and charm.

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

La Chaumière

In the heart of the Lauragais, in the middle of the sunflower fields and away from the village, in an unspoiled and serene setting, come and explore a real haven of peace. This charming old building, recently renovated, promises you an unforgettable moment of cocooning. You will stay in the 30 m² cottage that is on our property away from our house, surrounded by cats, horses and chickens. Privacy is preserved with our separate outdoor spaces.

A delightful self-contained cottage. The gite is set in six acres of beautiful garden and private woodland and boasts a year-round diversity of flowering shrubs and trees rich in birdsong. British owners Peter and Tom welcome groups of up to six people. There is also potential to accommodate an additional two guests (plus child) in an adjoining room with private bathroom. For your stress-free vacation, we welcome you to this cottage in a dominant position (beautiful view), near a pine forest located in the center of the Tarn department, 30 minutes from Albi, Castres and Toulouse. 80 m² single-family home on 2 levels, close to all shops, restaurants, city center and supermarkets. Free parking on site and nearby. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge...) overlooking the dining room and living room equipped with a sofa bed. Upstairs, two bedrooms with a 140 bed, one with a desk and the other with a barred baby bed. Please note, bed linen is not provided. Bathroom with shower and double sink.
