Vacation rentals with a patio in Alfredo Chaves

Our stay at this apartment was great! The space was spacious, decorated with a lot of style for a perfect vacation. The location is privileged, with easy access to supermarkets, pharmacy, laundry and others. In addition, the cleanliness and organization of the apartment were impeccable. I highly recommend it for those looking for comfort and practicality during their vacation! And the pool and hot tub are a show in themselves.

Great stay! We were very well received, easy check in. Daniela/Denise were very attentive and supported us on the days we stayed there. The view from the apartment is stunning. We are grateful for the days we spent there.

The cottage is charming, it has everything you need, kitchen utensils, sheets, towels, among others. It is in a great location, close to supermarkets, shops in general. With great beaches nearby, such as Bacutia, Peracanga, which are super quiet and family-friendly. (There are many others also within easy reach by car or even on foot). The condominium is very beautiful and has several leisure options. All very organized and clean. Bruno was always attentive and proactive, he answered us quickly… he gave us all the necessary coordinates to the location. We loved it, too bad we stayed 7 days and only enjoyed two days of sunshine. It rained a lot and the weather didn't help us much at the time we went. However, we highly recommend it. We'll be back for sure!

We live an amazing experience at Gilvan's house. The house is like the pictures, we found the same clean and smelling. Everything works perfectly! Gilvan is very attentive and has given us full assistance during the stay. The living room has 3 very comfortable sofas. The kitchen has all the utensils of a house and this is rare to have rsrs The house has 2 freezer plus the refrigerator, for those who love to barbecue or cook the house is perfect. A 🛜 is very good and the TV is also great, we watch movies without crashing 😍 Also we love the house pool and the gourmet area, the non-smoke barbecue inside the space. The house in general is very organized and clean, it has the right place for every thing, it is worth going!!!! Me and my friends were very pleased!!!!

Simply unforgettable weekend with friends at this amazing place! The place is even better than in the pictures. Everything is very clean, well maintained, with that cottage feel that makes us feel at peace right upon arrival. We spent a good few hours playing ball on the field, going down the zip line (everyone became a kid again😂) and then relaxing by the lake just chatting and laughing. In the evening, we lit the fireplace, made a little dinner and stayed there enjoying that nice mountain atmosphere. The location is also great, very close to the best restaurants in Pedra Azul — but honestly, it was hard to want to leave. The host was super attentive, he left everything ready for us to just arrive and enjoy. It's definitely a place we'll want to come back to more often. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

We spent the wonderful holiday, the place is much more beautiful than in the photos, really to relax, the wifi is wonderful picking up in the whole place.. there are many fruit trees in place, the children have played a lot with the horse, they played ball, it was a great experience! O Éder very proactive and always responding on time, giving us all support. The house was spotless.

The perfect accommodation for families! I went with mine and had great moments from booking and check in until the end of the stay. The property is beautiful, all functional and integrated with nature. I rarely stayed in an AirBnb of great cost benefit with the bathrooms and the entire structure so clean. Everything we needed Claudia was available to help and solve. These were great times. It has great waterfalls and restaurants very close by. We'll be back when we can. And for those who want to go to the banana and milk party, the route is about 10-15 minutes by car. Note 10/10.

Our stay at Apê do Vitor exceeded expectations! Spacious, convenient and comfortable, perfectly accommodated 12 adults and one child. The location is excellent: in the calmer part of Praia do Morro, ideal for rest, but with easy access to bakeries, restaurants and shops. Vitor was attentive from start to finish, always helpful and ready to help, even after the trip, asking what the experience was like. The apê is well cared for, cleaned and had everything we needed. Everyone in the group was very pleased. We will indicate whenever possible and when I return to Guarapari, I already know where to stay!

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
