Perfect for an affordable, cozy place to sleep. Host was helpful and quick to respond to any needs. Bed was comfortable, and the privacy is great. The mini kitchen and laundry machines were very much appreciated, especially at this price point. Perfect for tourists as it's a 3 min walk from the RER train station. Light sleepers might not like the sounds of the traffic in the early morning, but it's that spot that makes this place so convenient. Outside of rush hour, it's a calm and pretty neighbourhood. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are a 2-3 min walk. Plane spotters will also appreciate this place as there's a great view of the air traffic around noon.

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and overall had a good experience. The location was beautiful, trendy, and matched the listing photos. The Airbnb was comfortable, clean & well-equipped which made my stay pleasant. Communication with the host was slightly vague which delayed check-in. But check-out was smooth. A couple of things to note for future guests is to walk around to side entrance because the GPS brings you to front entrance. Overall, I would recommend this place for travelers, and I appreciate the host’s hospitality. Thank you for a nice stay!

This is a super wonderful apartment . I was delighted with the cleanliness and tidiness. Wonderful and high-quality bed linen. Very good orthopedic mattress, it was very comfortable to sleep, the pillows are high-quality and soft. Cleanliness. The apartment was very quiet. This allowed us to rest quietly after excursions . The host Jp is an incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, polite and very caring person . He responded quickly to any questions. This home deserves only high ratings. I am very glad and happy to be in such a beautiful and cozy place . Thank you . I recommend it )))

Nice little place. A bit far away from the city centre but accessible to the metro station line 7. Quite neighbourhood.

Had a very nice stay. We stayed for a long weekend for the Beyoncé concert. The space was as described and very clean. The bed slept wonderfully and the bathroom was nice and large. All supplies were provided. The only downside was that the space could get very hot. There was no air conditioning and the windows could not really be opened because of the mosquitoes. Fortunately, we did have a fan. The communication with the host was very pleasant and fast. All in all, had a very nice stay!

Very nice apartment, plus the subway that connects to the main attractions of Paris, was 2 blocks away!

Claude's and Sandrine's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Everything is very cozy, clean and of great quality! All the utensils offered are great, we didn't miss anything! We would like to express our gratitude, Claude and Sandrine are extremely attentive to everything. They are available at all times, let us store our bags earlier and leave a little later to help us! The location is in a nice neighborhood and the place is very close to the train, making it easy to access the places. We recommend the accommodation to everyone, we felt at home. This is a very nice and cozy house, if you see the same photos, the lighting and ventilation are great, Eleonore is a very kind host, who will kindly remind us that if the room is too hot, we can open the window and ventilate in advance (because the temperature just rose to 29 degrees when we went) And it also provides an electric fan and hair dryer. My husband and I had a great stay here❤️

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no comparison options. We stayed 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom there is a large shower right at the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That is enough for showering, but comfortable is different. The living room is huge. The kitchen as well. Unfortunately there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but should be standard. Space would be plentiful. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. The degree in front of the kitchenette was not completely harmless. The unit does not have AC. This is inconvenient to summer time. The view is priceless. Views over the city are fantastic.

Ahmed is a great host. He is very friendly and pleasant. He makes your stay very pleasant. He helped us a lot with all the directions. The apartment is in a great location to go to the center of Paris. Two minutes to the tram and then the subway. A great place!!!!
