Un excellent logement, refait a neuf ou extrêmement bien entretenu et propre. La literie est de qualité. Vous avez de quoi cuisiner. Vous avez tout le matériel nécessaire, cependant il n’y a pas de faire à repasser. Cela peut être très utile surtout dans des déplacements professionnels. Mais sinon c’est vraiment un logement d’un excellent rapport qualité prix.

The place is perfect if you're visiting as a tourist. We were out all day exploring Paris and basically only came back to sleep. The kitchen and bathroom are very small, but if you're staying just a few days, they are functional. The kitchen was a bit dirty, but other than that, everything was just as shown in the pictures and description. As for the location, the area is quiet and nice, though it is far from the city center. However, if you use public transportation to get around, you won't have any issues.

Marc was an excellent host and extremely responsive with any questions or concerns we had during our stay. The apartment was clean and had all listed amenities. Close to metro station and supermarkets, as well as pharmacy. Only downside is that the walls are apparently thin, although we did not hear others .We had issue with another resident complaining when we made even the smallest amount of noise, so maybe not the best spot if you are bringing children... Would recommend this as a place to stay for others though !!

Excellent location surrounded by nature, riverfront, coupled with a stone’s throw distance from metro and bus stop.Reasonably good cafés nearby . One of the best locations one can aspire for a vacation to Paris.Very hospitable and responsive hosts. Very helpful. Look forward to come again.

Bon séjour dans un petit appartement fonctionnel et agréable. Parfait pour passer quelques jours tout près de Paris. L’hôte est réactif et l’organisation irréprochable, donc je recommande malgré un léger bémol : pour ceux qui recherchent impérativement le silence, il n’y pas d’isolation phonique entre les appartements, donc quelques désagréments, surtout pendant le Week-end.

Super séjour chez Louis ! Petit appart très confortable, a seulement quelques mètres du RER D (très pratique). Vous arrivez à Paris en très peu de temps. Louis est aussi un hôte incroyable, qui vous met à l’aise et qui est présent si jamais vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. Je recommande !

Excellent hosts! Nikita and Inna were so helpful in every way. They accomendated our need and made our stay very enjoyable. The flat was excellent with all the facilities we needed. Location was great as Metro was just one or two minutes away. My parents and I were very pleased with this flat and would highly recommend to anyone!! Many thanks again😀

Absolument ravi de mon séjour ! L'hôte était incroyablement très accueillant et le logement était tout simplement magnifique avec un très bon équipement. Un endroit parfait pour se détendre et profiter de la capitale. Je recommande cette location.

Had a fantastic stay with Claude. The place is very clean, relaxed and private. Claude provides everything we needed for our stay as well as detailed directions from the line 8 metro to the apartment. Claude gave us a tour on our first day to show us where everything that we might need was. It was 33° during our stay here but due to the shutter on the door and the bedroom being in the basement it was cool and we were able to sleep well. The place felt very safe when we were walking back to the apartment very late at night. There is a very nice bakery less than a minute from the apartment and a G20 convenience shop with late opening hours a very short walk from the apartment. The place was incredibly clean and looked just the photos. The living area and kitchen is upstairs, the bathroom and bedroom is downstairs. There is a nice porch for a coffee outside in the morning and a locked gate to make you feel very safe. Would absolutely recommend Claude to any guest.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is clean, modern, and feels brand new. It’s in a great location — really close to the metro and train stations, which made it super convenient to get around Paris. The private covered car park was a huge plus, especially in the city. One of our favorite parts was the balcony — such a nice vibe to sit out there with a coffee or glass of wine. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

Super séjour ! L’hôte était très réactif, compréhensif et attentionné. L’endroit est paisible, conforme à la description, et tout était impeccable, jusqu’aux glaçons dans le congélateur. Je recommande à 100 % !

Tout parfait!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
