Monthly Rentals in Alferce

A corner of heaven. The whole place is beautiful, the forest, Barbara's garden, the road that leads to it. So the little cabin! Falling asleep under the stars and getting up in the sunshine, all with only the sound of the wind on the trees and birds in the morning, it's magical. An experience to live absolutely. I also had the breakfasts and dinners prepared by Barbara so I didn't have to leave the place and could enjoy it to the fullest. I really recommend it, especially the breakfast, the fresh fruit salad from her garden, which alone is worth it. Thank you Barbara for sharing this slice of paradise. See you soon, I hope!

We had a great stay at Suzannes home! She was very welcoming and the place is decorated very thoughtful, natural and cozy. Everything what we needed was right there and if something would be missing Suzanne would have helped us any time. The pool was still a bit cold :) but it was because it was a very cold winter this year :) - besides that it had the perfect size, was very clean and the view from the terrace over the valley was so calming. If we come to this area again, we surely will visit again.

We had a fantastic stay with Carlos. Carlos gave us clear directions and was helpful with suggested places to visit including Praia do Grande which was a beautiful sandy beach, like being in the Caribbean! The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. We loved squeezing the oranges and lemons from the garden and the peaceful surroundings. Lots of places to sit in the garden, always an opportunity for a sunny spot. There were restaurants nearby and a supermarket in Monchique. We only had a short 3 day break but can’t wait to go back. Thank you, Carlos, for a great stay!

Jose’s place is welcoming, comfortable and very accommodating with thoughtfulness in the details. A great location in the charming town of Monchique. I would love to return one day.
