Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s place which was centrally located and matches the description listed. The Brownstone is beautiful and walkable to everything. Great neighborhood for a stroll with a whole foods close by and the US historical buildings. The space was beautiful and free of clutter, the host even provided metro cards for our use. Host was also very responsive and checking in on us. Would definitely book again.

Great property for a large family or adult group. EZ walk to Wharf and to Metro station (Waterfront/green line). EZ walk to morning coffee if you don’t want to make it yourself. Appreciated the large dining table and first floor set up that was good for socializing and happy hour. We had 7 adults in our group- plenty of room for both our couples and our singles. Twin bed rooms are adult friendly with both size of twin beds and neutral decor. The parking spot was an appreciated amenity! Great place for a group visit to DC, with responsive and friendly hosts.

If you are looking at AirBNBs in DC and came across Greg’s listing, you can stop looking because you’ve found the one! My family of four (myself, my husband, and our two young teen daughters) stayed here during our trip to DC and it could not have been more perfect. Greg’s place has quality furnishings, a quality iron, nice towels and linens, is spotless, well-maintained and well thought out. His friendly labels in perfect places aid your stay. The hand soap, dish soap, lotion, dishwasher detergent, laundry supplies, and even coffee and other kitchen essentials were SO helpful and we appreciated it all! It felt like a home away from home. There are strategically placed multi plug units at the bedsides and desks so you won’t have to hunt for outlets, extra blankets and towels at the ready, and plenty of hangers. The use of a door code is easy and convenient, the location is quiet, safe, and walkable to two metros. I don’t think any AirBNB could ever top Greg’s and I would stay again!

We met at this AirBnB for a 50 year reunion from the US Coast Guard. This unit was in a perfect location, convenient to Clifton, VA where we would meet each day. The unit was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. It was very clean and had a great kitchen. What is tops in my book is that it is a very quiet townhouse so sleeping each night was great. The only negative was that the keypad for entry didn't work when we arrived but Linda was very responsive to that issue and had someone come over to let us in and to fix the keypad, which turned out to be just a bad connection on the batteries. Linda was always very responsive to questions that we had before arriving. We would definitely stay here again because of the price, location, cleanliness, peace and quiet, and all the nice amenities that were in the unit. Also, we found the parking right in front of the unit was secure and convenient.

Overall good location, clean, looks like the photos. Only flag is that you can very clearly hear people walking upstairs.

The townhouse was in an ideal location close to DCA and an easy drive to all local areas. Our kids loved the games provided and the beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

We had an incredible stay in D.C., thanks to Carlos! The location was peaceful, the home was beautiful and spotless, and I felt very comfortable and relaxed, which was exactly the vibe I needed to welcome a new chapter in my life. The hosts were friendly, the space was excellent, and the hospitality was exceptional. I would recommend it for those wanting a nice work/rest stay in one of the United States most vibrant cities.

My family and I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. The home had everything we needed and was perfect for a family getaway. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and full of charm. Great for relaxing strolls or exploring local spots. It felt safe and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay here so much! The house was exactly as listed but even better. Super clean, spacious and everything we could need was supplied! The house is the perfect distance from the action of Old Town…a perfect walk to enjoy the scenery but just far enough away to enjoy the quiet neighborhood- and the water is just over the hill. Everything about it was perfect- we DEFINITELY recommend and plan to stay again when we visit.

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations during our stay! John’s place was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the hot water and water pressure were excellent! The backyard space was relaxing at the end of a busy day and we loved the quiet friendly neighborhood atmosphere with tons of walkable restaurants. Next time we are in town we will be booking again!

We could tell that Ali added nice touches to make our stay extra special. Some snacks, lovely lighting for the back porch, and plenty of space to spread out inside. The pool table was cute for the kids. Adults played too and we got a kick out of it. It was very clean and I appreciated the decorations.

This is a great spot to stay when visiting Alexandria or D.C. Parking is easy, the home was clean and check-in/out was a breeze. The only thing to note, if you are traveling with elderly or mobility challenged people you may want to consider someplace else. The stairs leading to the second level or steeper than average and there is not a bathroom on the main level. Those two things didn’t phase me, but my elderly parents did have trouble navigating the steps and wished there was a main floor bathroom. Mary was a great host and her home was beautiful!

Parking and street traffic can be a pain in Georgetown. But this place was just a couple blocks off the main drag, which allowed for quiet streets and ample parking. The house style is minimalist which made for a clean house. Overall, Great stay.

Although not as close to the action as you may want, once inside you will find a very updated home with plenty of amenities. Easy to get inside. Relatively quiet (it is DC after all). And easy check out procedures.

We had a very good stay. The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood, and travel to and from DC was a breeze. Though we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it, there was a nice sunroom and yard. Since I live in a tiny apartment I especially enjoyed the kitchen, which was charming and well stocked. The home was cozy and comfortable, and if we ever go back to Arlington we’d be happy to stay there again!

What an amazing stay! I tend to be very picky about the places I choose to stay and I couldn’t have been more impressed ! From the amazing customer service the host provided to the sense of privacy we got even though Old Town and King street are just steps away… (literally steps) The walk score for this home should be 1000. All of the furniture was very comfortable and clean. This home will definitely be my first choice when visiting Alexandria in the future!

Great place! Perfect size for me, my partner, our daughter, and my parents. Had lots of amenities including coffee! We enjoyed the tvs in each room. We ate at home most nights and had everything we needed— maybe a bit more silverware would have been helpful. Otherwise it was a great stay and I’d def stay again! Very walkable but quiet area. Highly recommend.

The house was really nice and perfect for a get away alone and the neighborhood is nice and quiet!

Dulce was a very responsive host and to someone like me communication with the host is a VERY important if God forbid something were an emergency. Luckily, she's very good at txting (I just stuck txting within the AirBnB app), and gets back within a reasonable time and also left a number anyways in case of an actual emergency. The place is as the listing says. It's spacious enough for a townhouse and clutter-free. All good things. The bedrooms were clean at least from appearance and were comfortable to sleep on. I'm from the Northeast, so I'm used to cold weather and if you're not from the South or humid climates, always take precautions when going into warmer weather as there's likely chance you'll come into contact with exotic animals/bugs etc. I believe the host (Dulce) is taking the initiative with AC plugged in ultrasonic bug repellants etc., but you as a guest need take your own precautions. Other than that, I had a great time, I would recommend to others! Dulce is great host!

The location is perfect! Not too far from the Metro station and not too far from the waterfront. Great restaurants nearby and Vegan friendly options too. The house is spacious and the 2 bathrooms are a plus! We loved the outdoor area and the free parking! Makes it so much easier than getting a hotel and paying $40 a night for a parking garage. I highly recommend Maggie’s place. She is a fantastic host and this is my second time staying and we will definitely be back! Also her communication is the best! Very responsive! Super fast!
