Casita Del Ray — Alexandria Studio Apartment

JenniferRating, 5 stars6 days ago
It was really quiet, and off of the road. Not far from Del Ray, with great restaurants. Buses around the corner. Potomac Yard metro station was walkable. It was too light at night with light coming in the windows in the door. Needs blackout shades. There is a nice desk and chair. However, there was enough room for a two seater love seat, which would give guests some place other than the bed, or hard dining chairs, to sit. This is not unique to Whitney’s place though. Many places we have stayed had no place to sit comfortably. An electric kettle would have been nice. The area was great, and we would definitely stay again.

The Colonial Cottage of Alexandria

DenajeanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay at Colonial cottage. The quiet neighborhood was pleasant to take walks in and just a few miles from old town Alexandria. So quaint and historic. The cozy cottage had everything we needed and more. Coffee, tea and a well appointed kitchen. Highly recommend staying at at the Colonial cottage for an easy trip into DC or exploring the surrounding area.

I had an amazing stay with Ms Anne. She was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Communication was friendly, prompt, and helpful from start to finish. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and inviting. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Lower Level One Bedroom Suite

PennyRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Gina's place is both comfortable and very convenient. Short walk to Metro and access to many restaurants and services on King St. The neighborhood is dotted with many older attached homes making it a pleasure to walk around the historic district. The bedroom is well-sized and the bed is very comfortable. Despite the bathroom's small size, the shower feels spacious and Gina provides good quality towels and products. Just note that there is no kitchen but we knew that before booking. There are also many places in the area for coffee and breakfast, lunch and dinner. The space is also very quiet - affording good sleep quality. Thank you Gina for a very pleasant stay!

Elegant Green Studio In The Heart of Old Town

JudyRating, 5 stars5 days ago
My daughter and I only stayed 1 night, but it was in a great location, as we arrived via the Metro. The place was compact, but clean and the decor was eclectic. The bathroom is tiny because there is a washer/dryer (non-working) in there, but it is adequate. Yusuf provided excellent instructions to finding and accessing the unit. The only downside was the AC. It was a large and very noisy unit with periodic water sounds. It did keep us cool.

Old Town Gem – Steps to Cafés, Shops & Metro!

NoreenRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Kelly’s place was perfect for our needs and a very clean, neat little apartment . Before we arrived I was concerned about the comfort of the sofa bed, which we wound up not even needing but Kelly proactively left a new mattress topper just in case we did. Lovely, quiet residential neighborhood but close enough to restaurants and shops.

Great location with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Space is very open and spacious and rooftop is a great added amenity! Good deal for location and activities just outside of DC and close to DCA airport. Will stay again on next visit.
