Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Park your car and walk to the bars and restaurants. Not far from state parks and wineries. Our home has 2 balconies and a dock to hangout on. It comes with all the amenities you will need for your vacation! It is the end townhouse on the right side. Parking for 4 sedans and additional parking close.

This super cute cottage is located on the St. Lawrence River! We are in Spicer Bay which is halfway between Clayton and Fishers Landing, NY. You will have a view of Spicer Bay which is off the main channel. (Unfortunately, you can't see big ships going by).
