The villa we stayed (Paleokastro) in was just perfect. Lovely and peaceful view of the lush garden and sea in the distance from a spacious veranda. Zhulieta who manages the property could not have been more helpful with local recommendations and her cheerful personality added to us feeling welcome. The unit is fully equipped and they provided us with a welcome package of cake, coffee pods, wine and apricots from the garden. The Cocomat bedding was excellent for a good nights sleep. Well located to explore the island and close to the beach and dining options in Avlemonas. We highly recommend this for a wonderful stay in charming Kythira.

Leonidas è stato un ospite straordinario, molto disponibile. Avendo avuto un problema con la macchina, ci è venuto a prendere al porto e ci ha prestato la macchina fino a quando non abbiamo risolto con la nostra. La casa ha un bellissimo tetto dove ammirare il tramonto e le stelle cadenti

Great place, well equipped and in a very peaceful locations. about 15 minutes drive to many of the best beaches on the island. Excellent hospitality from the hosts.

Io e la mia famiglia (composta da 5 persone) abbiamo trascorso 12 giorni meravigliosi nella casa di Georgios. La casa e’ davvero molto carina, pulitissima, ariosa con un ampio portico. Ha due camere da letto: una spaziosa padronale con aria condizionata e una matrimoniale vicino alla zona giorno che ha un po’ meno privacy, il terzo letto era comodamente posizionato nel salottino che da sulla cucina. Per soggiornare in questa casa ma come del resto per trascorrere una vacanza nell’isola di Kityra e’ necessario avere un’auto. La bellissima spiaggia di Melidoni e’ a 10 minuti di strada e il centro di Livadi che ha supermercati e ristorantini a 5. Georgios e’ un ospite davvero molto gentile e attento. Consigliassimo per chi desidera una vacanza in pieno relax.

La maison de Stella est parfaite : spacieuse, calme, lumineuse avec une superbe cour intérieure pour profiter du soleil. La cuisine contient tout le nécessaire pour se faire à manger. Très bien placée dans le village de Chora, elle est à quelques secondes d’un sympathique café et des restaurants même si beaucoup étaient encore fermés en ce mois d’avril. Stella nous a conseillé de très bons restaurants dans les villages alentours et nous a donné de précieux conseils qui nous ont aidé lorsque que notre bateau a été annulé. Stella est une hôte extrêmement réactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans son logement.

Irina Studios est le choix idéal pour un séjour à Kythira. Situé à 20 minutes maximum de toutes les plus belles plages et criques de l'île et sites historiques, à 5 minutes des commerces et restaurants. La maison est située en pleine nature tout en étant insérée dans un village avec une vie locale très agréable. Tout est calme, idéal pour se reposer. J'ai été accueilli par les parents d'Irina, qui sont charmants et n'hésitent pas à offrir prunes et gâteaux. Irina est très réactive aux demandes d'informations. Mon studio était spacieux, avec une terrasse offrant une belle vue sur la campagne. La propreté était impeccable et le studio était pourvu de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour cuisiner. La salle de bains était également dotée de tous les équipements nécessaires ainsi que de gel douche et shampooing en abondance. Je me suis rapidement senti comme chez moi, le studio était quasiment devenu ma seconde maison ... Je recommande très vivement et reviendrai certainement !

The apartment was new, clean with great views and a nice balcony. It is located in a small settlement which is peaceful so perfect if you want to avoid grouded noisy places but at the same time is very close to Kapsali and Xora where you can find restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Kalliopi is a wonderful host, polite, helpfull and also gave us a farewell gift with local products. Overall we enjoyed our stay and was a great choice to explore the island.
