HURRICANE NOTE: We have power, water, hot water, wifi and cool mountain air. Our road is fine and businesses in the area are opening back up and wishing visitors to return. Tiny home cabin, set in a grove of trees yet minutes to downtown Boone. Intimate two-person hot tub. Propane fireplace, two mini-split ac/heaters, two tv's fully loaded, full size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, loft with queen bed. Covered porch with grill and hot tub, fire pit out back.

Private lakeside entrance, downstairs is yours. Sandy beach, long pier, fire pit, 3 adult kayaks, I smaller kayak, various floats, & 3 paddle boards. Life jacket assortment and beach towels provided. Residential family area. No guests, parties,groups,or Late, loud music-use of the amenities is for the guests only. Well behaved pets,housebroken, shots and neutered. Additional fee of $20 night per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total.
