An excellent starting point for many tourist attractions such as Sunnmørsalpene, Geiranger, Trollstigen, Nordangsdalen, Alnes Fyr, Giske. A spectacular and accessible area for mountain hiking, mountain tours and recreational stays in beautiful nature.

OAH 1870 Oldest Alesund House

Welcome to OAH-1870, the oldest surviving house in Ålesund’s city center – a charming cultural treasure built in 1870. It is a short distance to fishing opportunities and a bathing area, and the hiking trails are right outside the kitchen door. There will also be a boat available for free use during the stay at your own risk.
