Vacation rentals with a patio in Alderwood Manor

Really great spot, perfect for two! The patio gives a beautiful sunset view. Instructions were super clear and host was responsive when we needed. Highly recommend!

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

Older building, but good renovations. My maintenance request was answered immediately and fixed in less than 2 hours. It felt like having a nice apartment in the heart of downtown. To be clear, other than street parking if you're lucky, there is no parking here. You'll need to park at a garage nearby, but there are several to choose from. SpotHero is your friend here. All in all, this place is a gem. Highly recommended.

Karla’s place was the most well appointed Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail, every amenity and then some. Street parking was available in the same spot out front everyday. Quiet. Feels like your perched in a tree on hill over looking Fremont. I’ll be back!!!❤️

This was my first Airbnb, I’m local but needed to be down in Ballard for a early meeting. This was such a great spot so close to everything it was perfect! It was quiet and private but easy to find. Will definitely come back when I need to, also host was so sweet and accommodating.

Great place. Quiet, super clean, safe, and comfortable. Exactly as pictured. The value of this place for the daily rate is more than fair. It was great having a place with a full kitchen and a full size washer and dryer. Very convenient for exploring Tacoma and other areas due to it's central location. The hosts created a really nice place, and it shows. I would absolutely recommend this place to other people.

We lived our stay! Great location in west Seattle, easy to get to your typical tourist activities. The space was great, spacious and had everything you need and more! Try accommodating with my 9 month old, we appreciated all the necessary baby supplies and toys! Easy check in, and included parking, which we loved! Also! A cute park down the street if you’re traveling with kiddos :)

Jeffreys home was in the perfect location super close to everything and easy to get. It was super easy to order a Lyft and get dropped off. We especially loved lighthouse roasters, the coffee shop that was at the end of the block. We went every morning. It was such an easy walk to get to. If you are looking for a good burger spot I would highly recommend UNeedABurger we went there twice and the food was delicious. The apartment was very cozy and perfect and the bed was really comfortable. If you are deciding where to stay I highly recommend staying at The Cortado. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home.

We had a lovely stay at this house. Shawn was easy to deal with and we appreciated he let us have a late checkout. The house was very easy to hang out in, with plenty of amenities and supplies. It was obvious it had been stocked with guests' comfort in mind. The neighborhood was quiet, but still had easy access to Seattle and environs. The beds were really comfortable, both upstairs & downstairs, with lots of pillows in a variety of types (some soft, some firmer). We would be happy to stay there again. Thanks, Shawn!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at The Lake House! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a peaceful retreat from the everyday hustle. The property is beautifully maintained and perfectly located right on the water — waking up to lake views each morning was unforgettable. The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets for evenings by the fire pit. The décor struck a perfect balance between modern and rustic charm, making it feel both luxurious and homey. Highlights included kayaking on the lake, relaxing on the private dock, and enjoying meals on the deck with a perfect sunset view. It’s an ideal spot for families, couples, or even a quiet solo escape. The hosts were responsive and welcoming, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free.

Everything was lovely, just as described. Unit was a little hard to find but Cassandra's directions helped immensely. Quiet neighborhood but close to 522 and I5. Unit was clean, nice kitchen, big TV in living room space, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Cassandra responded to all questions very quickly. Will definitely stay here again if it's available next time we visit our kid in Seattle.

This is a wonderful place for everyone to stay! The home is in a great, quiet neighborhood in a great location - off the busy streets with easy access to everything you need. The home is very clean and exactly as described - you will feel right at home! The host is very responsive, kind, and available for any questions or needs. We so enjoyed out stay!

The inside is great, and the outside is even better! We spent a lot of time by the fire pit, and loved exploring the trails. Extremely comfortable and quiet, with a friendly, helpful host.

We loved staying at Peter’s Airbnb!! The house was so welcoming and cozy, exactly as pictured and described. We loved sitting outside on the patio, and also enjoyed the fireplace inside on chilly nights. It was a great location, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Peter was so helpful and responsive and I would definitely stay at this Airbnb again for future WA trips!

We absolutely loved our stay! Toni Marie made everything so easy and the apartment exceeded our expectations from all the little touches to the surprisingly comfy sofabed to the serene rooftop. If we had to single out a favorite detail, it’s the big surrounding trees that make the apartment feel like it’s in the middle of a city park. Everything was perfect and we didn’t want to leave!

Stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed Jane’s condo! The apartment was very clean and welcoming with its decorations and amenities. It was the perfect size with a gorgeous West facing view that let in the afternoon sun while also being a perfect spot to see sunsets. The location is so easy and convenient, I never had issues with finding street parking and it’s a pleasant walk to the central part of Capitol Hill. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice Seattle getaway! I would definitely stay here again.

Robert was easy to work with and the location is amazing along with the amenities. Worked great for our family of 5 + our dog. Made for an excellent weekend seeing family for graduation and the city with the boys. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed the stay at Brianne’s place, great location surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes, the place is very cozy and clean. We never get tired of the view of the balcony! Highly recommended!!!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Lauren’s place over the long holiday weekend! The condo was lovely, very tidy, and we slept like babies in the super cozy bed. There were plenty of thoughtful touches throughout like flossers/q-tips in the bathroom, candies in the kitchen (a very welcome treat after our travel day), and there were even earplugs in the bedroom 🤣. We also really loved the neighborhood—LOTS of cute restaurants and shops, we really enjoyed the ice cream shop across the street and the yakitori spot a few blocks down. The weather was beautiful while we were there, so we even got to enjoy a beer out on the balcony in the sun. We had a rental car and it was easy to find parking every day (we parked near the high school and never had an issue). Highly recommend booking here for a great stay in Seattle!

House was in a great location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Apartment was stocked very well with amenities needed for our stay. Garage parking that came with the house was very convenient. Nitpick: Dropping the parking fob back in the house after taking the car out of the garage is a bit tedious.

Really lovely stay at Rachel's place. Best parts for me was the location (easy walks to all the Winslow has to offer and on/off the ferry to head to the city. The other good parts were the bed (comfy) and the landscaping around the space - very well done. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! It has stunning views of both Mt. Rainer and the city. Nice privacy in a quiet part of town, but only a short 20 min drive into downtown Seattle. The owners were also super friendly and attentive!
