Nestled in the heart of the typical village of Judea, you will be at the start of hiking trails (GR223 and close to the beach). Located at the end of the village, you'll find peace and quiet. The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Ground floor: 30 m2 living room with stove and well-equipped kitchen + washing machine / Wi-Fi Upstairs: 1 bedroom + bathroom (shower, toilet). We retired recently and have a one bedroom self contained flat in our house with separate access up some outside stairs. The bedroom has a superking size bed which can be made into twin beds, dressing table, built in wardrobes and cupboard space. The bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is in an open plan lounge with dining table and TV. There is a Nespresso coffee machine. Guests will have access to a gas BBQ and seating area outside.

The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.
