Quinta das Fontainhas. DOURO VALLEY is situated in the heart of the Douro Valley. Guests can enjoy the exclusive use of the entire property and the breathtaking scenery that will make for a unique and relaxing stay. The house, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, is the result of the reconstruction of a 19th century winery and offers the essential facilities for a peaceful holiday. There are two outdoor patios, a large stone table and a barbecue. The swimming pool is set in the vineyards.

Relax Container

Last minute PROMOTION: Free JACUZZI for all reservations between 14th and 18th o June! The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).

River View Cottage is located at the highest point of our hilly estate rising above the left bank of the River Douro. The magnificent views from the balcony will take your breath away! The 200 year old stone cottage has recently been refurbished with all the modern amenities necessary for your comfort. The cottage sits within a fully operational wine & fruit farm offering a first hand view into a local farming operation while enabling rest & relaxation.

If you're in the mood for nature, relaxation or outdoor activities... Casa Raposa's lodges are made for you. Our 30m2 lodge is a large open-plan living area with a bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. The bathroom is enclosed for added privacy :) Enjoy a 20m2 south-facing terrace all day long. A morning snack is included in the price (fresh bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea, orange juice). Casa do Socalco offers a beautiful private heated swimming pool (from April to the end of October). With a contemporary decoration and remarkable comfort, it is perfectly framed with the surrounding nature. It consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, outdoor deck with dining table and barbecue. Quinta de Recião is intended to welcome those who like to enjoy nature in its most genuine expression: the melody of silence interrupted by the singing of birds, the gentle lapping of the waters of the waterfalls and the bucolic sound of a mill, which invites us to fall asleep and dream of the paradise called Recião.
