Spend the day kayaking, walking or cycling in the mountains, enjoying the largest spa in Portugal (20 mins), & exploring historic villages and cities, then come home to relax in a hammock in the orchard, soak up views from the bath, or chillout to vintage vinyl. We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

Casa da Eira - Casegas/Serra da Estrela Mountains

Casa da Eira is located in the village of Casegas, south of Serra da Estrela. In addition to visiting the various points of interest in the region, you can also visit in Casegas: the Chapel of Souls, the Church, the Museum of Sacred Art, the Roman Bridge... You can also go swimming in various parts of the stream and walk the pedestrian paths. Casa da Eira consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen over the living room and lounge, and all the equipment to make your stay comfortable.

It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

The house is located in the Mondego River Valley on walking distance of a beautifull isolated riverbeach. A great place to get away from the stressed world. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

Our Chalet is located on a 3-hectare fenced farm, located within the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. A calm and tranquil place where you can enjoy nature and observe the local fauna, through walks through the pine forest, or choose to follow the stream to its source. You can also relax in our pool. Ideal for relaxing with family or friends. We accept all animals. The farm, Chalet, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests.

If you're in the mood for nature, relaxation or outdoor activities... Casa Raposa's lodges are made for you. Our 30m2 lodge is a large open-plan living area with a bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. The bathroom is enclosed for added privacy :) Enjoy a 20m2 south-facing terrace all day long. A morning snack is included in the price (fresh bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea, orange juice). It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).
