Lots of nearby pubs, restaurants, softplay and a fairground. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs). Stair gates also supplied. The sandy beach, stunning countryside walks, boutique shops, great pubs and restaurants make Southwold the perfect destination for a family holiday or short weekend break.

The Summerhouse is located near the former site of Snape Abbey, in the beautiful Suffolk countryside. Within walking distance of Snape Maltings, the world renowned concert hall. Situated on the Suffolk/Norfolk borders, it stands within our grounds (KILN FARM) of 4.1/2 acres with the Mary Ley Line running through (ancient energy pathways). Free range chickens with fresh eggs, home made bread on request. Carp lake, games rooms (pool table with £1 slot for game) table tennis, darts and golf chipping green. (golf clubs supplied). The cottage is for 4 guests. 1 Double bedroom and twin room.
