Fantastic newly renovated apartment in the heart of Paseo Marítimo del Puerto de Alcudia with clear views of the Bay of Alcudia and 100 meters from the white sand beach of Alcudia. It has three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds in each of them and one en suite with double bed and 2 bathrooms with shower. It has a very complete kitchen with living-dining room, and an outdoor terrace with sea views. Fiber optic wifi and private parking.

A dining table is set for breakfast on a balcony overlooking palm trees and a marina. Bowl and glassware are arranged on a round table, with a clear view of boats in the harbor and the sea beyond. Soft sunlight bathes the scene.

From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.

The pretty, old town of Alcudia, with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants may be reached by foot in about 5 min. The next beach can be reached in 15 - 20 min by foot. During the winter months you can heat our cosy apartment with the cast iron oven. All the fire wood needed we provide free of charge.

Our stay was incredible. We had everything we could possibly need and were pleased to find the house with more space than expected. The location can not be described. Peaceful. Views i couldn't imagine right from the balcony. Gloria had quick and friendly communication throughout. Close to hikes and ocean. Will stand out as the most magical stay in all of our travels. The place was fantastic - just as expected. Everything you need for a stay (we were there for 4 weeks) is available. It makes you feel right at home. The decor is modern and the accommodation with terrace lovingly decorated. You get plenty of country air, peace and quiet and the opportunity to get variety in the cities, on the beach or in the mountains or to stock up on food in the nearby Inca. It was perfect for us. Juan and Mar were always easy to reach and took care of our concerns promptly:)

She was always quick to respond to any questions and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She provided some great recommendations for local restaurants and hikes, which we really enjoyed.
