Vacation rentals with beach access in Alcochete

Clean place with a great location & centrally located. Incredible view of the bridge and Christ statue! It is on 4th floor with no elevator so be prepared to take stairs. Use the light on wall to see your way up and down them or else you use your phone flashlight. Close to restaurants, ATM and grocery store. You can hear some street noise at night but nothing crazy. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were kind enough to let us check in early! Had a bottle of wine and water ready for us. Very nice being able to do our laundry there! They even have a dryer which was awesome. I definitely would recommend this place! We hope to be back one day soon.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment on the top floor of the building with views of the city. this location was very convenient for exploring the city but far enough from the downtown where it was relatively peaceful/quiet. One night there was some late night construction noises, but with the windows closed you could barely hear anything. The flat is a studio type set up, without separation between the three spaces (kitchen/dining, bedroom, living space), but the floorplan was large enough where it felt like there was a lot of privacy. Rita was a great host. The bakery downstairs is delicious, and be sure to try the garum restaurant around the corner for some really unique food!

Pedro’s place was wonderful. Clean, and in such a great location. Highly recommend!

Our stay at O JARDIM DE ESTEFANIA in Lisbon was absolutely fantastic. Nestled in the charming Estefânia neighbourhood, this apartment was perfect for our group of four, exceeding every expectation. Its thoughtful layout was ideal, with the two spacious bathrooms proving invaluable for smooth mornings, allowing everyone to get ready without any rush. The living areas and bedrooms were cosy yet spacious, offering the perfect spot to unwind after exploring the city's wonders. The most magical feature was the lush garden. Stepping outside felt like entering an oasis of tranquillity, an extraordinary escape in the heart of a lively city. Whether sipping coffee in the morning sunshine or unwinding in the evening, it was a true highlight. The apartment’s location was unbeatable, with nearby transport links that made discovering Lisbon’s iconic spots a breeze. Jean Luc, our host, provided exceptional hospitality, always attentive and welcoming. We can’t wait to return.

Very comfortable and spacious for 2 couples. Good location to walk to other areas of the city. Bars and restaurants close by. Sofia was very helpful before we arrived giving us details of how to check in etc.

Loved our stay. Our first time in Lisbon and pretty much had everything at our door. Only suggestion is that the property needs an instruction manual

The place was modern and comfortable. I had 2 good nights of sleep in there. Shower was good, everything worked well. The location will depend on what you want. Everything was clean apart from the calcium in the bathroom glass. Honestly it doesn’t bother me at all, it is just a tip for the owners. Everything else was perfect, I would definitely stay there again depending on my needs due to its location. You can see that the owners really care about how you feel when staying at their place.

I stayed in Alcochete for 6 weeks and both the house and area exceeded expectations (which were high to begin with). The town is a treasure, being both delightful and close to Lisbon (30 minutes by bus). The house is perfect for one or two people (maybe more). and has a good internet connection for working. The agent Vitoria was responsive and helpful (albeit unable to fix a nationwide power outage!) Highly recommended.

Lovely house, great base location for accessing the lovely beaches nearby and having a great place to hang out.

The house is beautiful, everything works perfectly well. We had only one problem, on the last day the hot water failed and it did not return until we left. Unfortunately on this day the host did not respond promptly as usual and the solution presented did not work. However, I considered this problem to be something punctual, since the house was wonderful and everything worked very well. So I think it was an isolated situation and I didn't let it influence mew review in general. I recommend the house and would return peacefully. Everything was very well presented, the house is modern, super clean, excellent bathroom, perfect shower, my passengers loved it.

Christoph was a warm and friendly host with whom we had several nice chats including when he invited us and our little dog, Jimi, for sundowners and coffee. Christoph was very welcoming to us all, including Jimi, who made great friends with his dog Lara. He was very responsive to our needs, although we had no problems other than that Jimi would have liked to have spent lots more time with Christoph and Lara! Christoph kindly solved this problem for us at our request by creating a barrier between Jimi and his and Lara's private space to stop Jimi from becoming a nuisance! Christoph is very knowledgeable about the local and surrounding areas and recommended some nice places for us to visit. Christoph has created a lovely, comfortable and well equipped home for his visitors and we would highly recommend Casa Belavista to anyone wanting to explore this beautiful part of Poprtugal. My friends and I stayed at Teresa's at the end on May. We all had a fantastic time. The pool and the balcony were very nice for relaxing after a day out in Lisbon. Teresa was a very responsive host and was able to help when necessary. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location for a two week stay. Quiet, safe, and peaceful property. 5 min walk to a grocery store and 40 min walk to a beautiful beach. Close to Lisbon via Bolt or Uber. Full kitchen to cook meals, dishwasher, laundry, stocked bathroom amenities. Felt right at home. Ricardo was friendly and responsive. He went above and beyond helping us during the power outage week and even came to check on us. Excellent communication and responsive when we needed help. All amenities were present enough for at least a few days. Bring or plan to buy more if staying for longer. It was our first time in Portugal and we really enjoyed our stay!

I was at Ivanka’s place for three nights before leaving Portugal and it was just what I needed! A perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. A beautiful view and very quiet. Surprisingly a lot to do nearby as well!

Jose is an exceptional host who guided us to great restaurants and helped us settle in. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment is in a great location of Lisbon. I highly recommend the Airbnb!

We loved staying here! Very spacious, clean, and charming comfortable decor. We loved Twiggy and Peanut the friendly outdoor cats (but she will remove upon request). Being able to park for free is a big plus.

Five stars!!! We had such a wonderful time in this amazing and family friendly apartment. It is located in a great neighborhood in Seixal, and the river view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. The apartment was super clean, beautiful aesthetic, and well organized. We loved Anna’s recommendations in terms of things to do, and the local restaurants around the area. She was also very responsive to our inquiries during our stay - super helpful. Thank you so much. We definitely recommend this place.

The location was perfect! Located beside a spectacular beach…you could Walk for miles. Great location close to Resturants, a town, and many walking paths! It was perfect for rest and relaxation!! We will be back!!
