The loft is located in a quiet residential area. The venue is surrounded by parks, restaurants and only 3 minutes drive from "El Corte Inglés" Sanchinarro Renovated new style loft perfect for a couple or up to 4 people. UNLIMITED WIFI, smart TV, POOL, Pádel court and FREE secure parking! Pool availability 2022: 15th June untill 5th september.

Hola soy Merche y te ofrezco mi casa recién remodelada. La calle está en el centro de san Sebastián de los Reyes, al lado del ayuntamiento y rodeada de tiendas de barrio y centros comerciales como La Viña y el Plaza Norte 2, donde tenemos piscinas, gimnasios…. A 30 minutos viajando en cercanías está la estación Sol en Madrid centro. El espacio: La casa es acogedora. Con mucha luz natural, todos los electrodomésticos son nuevos y las camas. Wifi y Netflix incluido. Es un tercero sin ascensor.

It is also close to Barajas airport, hospitals, public schools and the Autónoma and Comillas universities making it an ideal accommodation for all types of stays.
