Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Alcantarilha

Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables dans la villa de caractère de Paula. On s'y sent "comme à la maison", tellement elle est parfaitement bien équipée et décorée. Dans un environnement calme, pourtant près de tous les plus beaux points d'intérêts et commerces, cette maison, avec sa magnifique piscine, patio et coins de détente, est un vrai havre de paix, après une journée de visites et d'activités. Paula et David sont des hôtes accueillants et réactifs, et même si nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu, ils ont fait tout leur possible pour que nous puissions entrer dans la maison. Personnellement, la plus belle de mes expériences avec Airbnb.

Ich musste leider kurzfristig, aufgrund einer Geschäftsreise, absagen, weshalb meine Gruppe ohne mich Faro besuchten. Selbst unter solchen Umständen, war Antonio eine super Kontaktperson und nahm alles sehr gelassen und hatte immer eine Lösung parat. Die Gruppe erzählte mir das sowohl der Gastgeber, als auch das AirBnB super war. Ich hoffe, dass ich das nächste Mal mit dabei sein kann um Faro und auch Antonio kennenzulernen! ☺️

A Perfect Family Getaway in Lagos! We recently spent a week at this beautiful villa in Lagos with our family, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and immaculately clean the property was. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, whether inside the villa or out by the pool. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area—it offered a stunning view that made every morning coffee and evening swim feel like a luxury experience. The outdoor space was peaceful and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. Ursula, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Her warm hospitality really added to the experience. The location was great too—quiet and private, yet just a short drive from the beaches and town centre. We felt completely at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for families

Thyl is a good host, he welcomed us warmly. The property sits behind another owner with a common gate. The other property has an exclusive outdoor zone quite near the kitchen whilst the outdoor area for this property is private in the back garden. We didn't use it due to mostly inclement weather during our stay. We were comfortable and liked the space. The property is well stocked with everything you would need during the stay. Silves is lovely and I'm glad we chose to stay there.

Wil je een geweldige, luxueuze en toch supergezellige vakantie in de Algarve? Twijfel dan niet: dit huis is perfect. Erg netjes en ruime woning met alle nodige voorzieningen (ook verschillende toiletartikelen aanwezig voor jou), mooie inrichting, erg knus. Rustige omgeving. Geen vakantiehuis, maar een echt luxueus familiehuis waar je gewoon niet meer weg wil. Ook erg ruime tuin (gazon, boomgaarden, ruime oprijlaan) met piekfijn zwembad en ligstoelen/parasols. De ontvangst van Laura was geweldig, niet opdringerig, maar gewoon altijd direct beschikbaar moest je iets nodig hebben (wat voor ons niet zo was, we hadden echt alles wat ons hart verlangde). Tijdens ons verblijf van een week werd er ook tussendoor schoongemaakt (met nieuwe handdoeken), de tuin verzorgd en het zwembad gereinigd. Kortom, had ik al gezegd dat dit huis perfect en z’n geld volledig waard is?

What an amazing stay in Carrapeteira! Great house, good restaurants nearby, and two beaches in walking distance, highly recommended!

Wow wow wow. It's not often you stay at a place that is truly magical. The house is perfect, Johann did an immaculate job with it, and it's so beautifully done, it was nice to appreciate the care he must have put into it, and the cleanliness leaves most other AirBnB properties to shame. But it's the outside you're here for (at least in summer) - a stunning view down to the sea at Lagos in the distance, a garden bursting with plants, flowers and wild life. And the pool. I had to get in it every morning and pinch myself that it was real. This place is magical, breathtaking. You could easily spend a week here without going anywhere. But if you need to, the unspoilt beaches of the Algarve are about an hour away (try Castelejo or Bordeira). Monchique is a lovely place to visit with some great cafes/restaurants. Supermarket is less than 10 mins away. The wild storks in their nests on the way from Faro were a pleasant surprise. We did donkey walking with Happy Donkeys locally. We'll be back!

Absolutely loved this airbnb. In a prefect walkable location, and easy to drive to with parking. The apartment was gorgeous with everything we needed. Highly recommended

Wow! The moment we walked in, it took my breath away! The ample space, the decor, the view, that wood-burning fireplace! Balcony was much larger than I expected. My husband and I spent eight nights in the two bedroom and two bath and would highly recommend it to anyone. It was so comfortable and beautiful, and we didn't mind staying in it when the weather was not so good. The location was stunning, we enjoyed climbing the rocks and walking the boardwalk, both within steps of the resort. We did not use the heated pool because the air temperature was a little too cold for us. The bistro on the premises had good food and was convenient when we were tired. And plenty of other good restaurants and stores nearby. It's only a short walk to the chapel and to the town center. We spent a total of 18 nights in Albufeira and Carvoeiro and this by far was the best accommodation ever! Great housekeeping. Great value for money. Book it and take day trips to other Algarve locations. It's the best!

Es war absolut wundervoll bei Leslie. Die Wohnung war super schön und wirklich riesig. Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft: total ruhig gelegen in einem Tal mit kleinem Dorf nebenan. Ein riesiges Grundstück mit jeder Menge Sachen zu entdecken. Auch für Kinder einfach genial. Überall gibt es was zu klettern, zu schaukeln oder ein Trampolin zum hüpfen. In der Unterkunft selber gab es Spielzeug und alles was man für einen Strandausflug braucht: Schirm, schaufeln, Eimer usw. Leslie war unfassbar hilfsbereit und hat uns unter anderem super schnell ein Mückennetz zum aufhängen vorbei bringen lassen, da wir etwas Pech mit den Plagegeistern hatten. Wir werden sehr wahrscheinlich nochmal wieder kommen, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Jonathan was very helpful and really communicative throughout my stay. Check-in was super easy, the apartment was very clean with a lovely patio area out the back. The location is fantastic as you're not in the heart of all the action, but only a few minutes walk away and the beach is at the end of the road. I would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed in a few places in Prainha and this was by far the best. The location is perfect, and the listing itself really lovely. Everything you need for a week self catering.

Cristina was very helpful and very responsive. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Very beachy!. Great for a get away in the Algarve. Way less busy than Lagos or Portimao. Lots of great restaurants.

parfait pour visiter la région, se faire bronzer dans les belles plages du coin . si vous n' aimez paz le soleil et la chaleur, ne venez pas.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze woning in onze kerstvakantie. Grote teleurstelling was wel dat het zwembad niet warm was, terwijl juist daarmee geadverteerd werd. Deze was pas aan het einde van onze week vakantie op temperatuur. Uiteraard zijn we hier wel voor gecompenseerd. Verder is het huis prachtig, omgeving heel fijn om te hardlopen en met de auto uitstapjes te doen. We zouden graag weer eens terug komen.

Me and some family members were lucky to find this villa for my sisters wedding. The check in was very easy as a key was left in a lockbox upon our arrival. The villa is even more beautiful in person and has an amazing view of the sunset at night from the garden. The pool was perfect temperature and the garden has the sun from morning till night. The kitchen has everything you would need. And the bedrooms are a good size with comfy beds. I would highly recommend staying at this villa if you’re looking for somewhere to stay a stones throw away from the town centre but just far enough out to enjoy the beautiful view and peace. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Das Haus und der Pool haben uns sehr gefallen, wir haben gut entspannt und alles war sehr schnell zu erreichen. Der Mix aus Strand, Party und Stadt war perfekt. Vielen Dank für die schnelle und einfache Kommunikation, der Check-in und Check-Out waren auch super flexibel.

Tout simplement wow! Le paradis sur Terre! Nous avons adoré loger à la villa Tiphanelli. Une propriété très bien entretenue, belle grande piscine, vue sur l’océan, à distance de marche de la Praia de Marinha. Le seul problème est que nous voulons déjà revenir! J’aime beaucoup quand les hôtes prennent soin de laisser de l’équipement/jouets pour les enfants. Ma fille de 2 ans était tellement contente de découvrir que les gens qui nous avaient prêter leur maison avaient penser de laisser des jouets aux enfants!! J’apprécie la présence de gel douche, shampoing et revitalisant dans les douche. L’extracteur à jus 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 Nous nous sommes fait des jus d’orange fraîchement pressé à tout les matins. Un vrai régale avec les délicieuses oranges du Portugal. Nous avions lu que la villa pouvait être difficile à trouver, mais puisque j’ai localisé la villa sur Google Map avant d’arriver, nous n’avons eu aucune difficulté à trouver. Je recommande à 200%

Terraquina is a beautiful house, perfectly equipped for all weathers and very homely. A great place from which to explore the Algarve with lots of beautiful beaches and fun days out all within 30mins drive.

The location of this home is unbeatable. Literally next to the beach, but you feel private the entire time. We appreciated all of the different sections of the outdoor space— especially the bar stools by the balcony to watch the dogs on the beach and the full al fresco kitchen! So much to do nearby and we highly recommend as an ideal spot for anyone visiting the Algarve. Thank you!

We have just returned from a 5 day fantastic family holiday to celebrate my wife’s 70th birthday. The villa is absolutely stunning inside & out. Aline was helpful in from start to finish in answering all of questions & making sure there was a cot for my youngest grandson to supplying a portable fan for my youngest son & also extremely helpful in arranging a earlier arrival time. When we arrived Aline’s husband Miguel was at the villa to meet us & show us around & answer any questions that we had. Also there was Whiskey Madeira wine & Port available, which was very kind. The villa is beautiful & it was lovely to spend time in the pool & have a few family barbecue’s. Although the main room is stunning we spent all of the time sitting outside as the weather was beautiful. We even had a peacock visit us in the garden. I would throughly recommend if you are looking at a great place to stay in Portugal this is the place. Not far from the beaches supermarkets or places to visit.
