Wyse Cottage was built at the turn of the 20th century and has the charm of that era combined with the comforts we expect today. The cottage is centrally located which means there will be traffic noise. It’s an easy 550 metre walk to the Botanic Gardens and many popular cafes for breakfast or lunch. You also have a great choice of restaurants in the CBD and if you travel for half an hour or so, you will find excellent cafes, wineries and restaurants in Rutherglen, Wahgunyah & Beechworth.

The property also has a lock up garage and a courtyard to relax. Please note there is a split system in the lounge room (not in the bedrooms) & a fan in each bedroom.
