Really nice place with a wonderful pool. It's fully equipped with cooking utensils and basic cooking materials which was highly appreciated! The house and bathroom was super clean. It's in a peaceful residential area. Its perfect for a weekend getaway. It's fully equipped with toys and beds for kids. The location is great. It's quite close to the train station which made it easy to get to. Julie is really nice and very responsive. We wanted to check in early which she readily accepted. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Small touches with some local products as soon as we arrived, a magnificent home in a more than perfect environment... everything is provided in this accommodation. It's a great place to meet with family. All 6 of us were won over by this cottage that we recommend 200%. Ideally located just 10 km from Albi. Thanks a lot to Jean Pierre and his wife.

My 2-year-old daughter was entitled to her own small pool... before she surprised us and came to the big pool with us. 100% relaxing stay for my husband who really needed it. A peaceful and beautiful area. A pleasure to wake up every morning to go chat with the chickens and Sam the protective dog. We had a truly memorable stay at Karen and Laka’s beautiful home in the peaceful village of Varen, France. The location is ideal for exploring some of the most charming towns in the region - Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, Najac, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Albi, and more are all within easy reach. The property itself is thoughtfully appointed, with a lovely private patio garden that opens up to a breathtaking meadow. The swimming pool is perfectly positioned to take in sweeping views of the countryside, forest, and even the village church tower - it’s the kind of peaceful backdrop that invites deep relaxation. Karen and Laka are warm, welcoming hosts who instantly make you feel at home. They offered fantastic local tips and recommendations, clearly sharing a strong connection to their community. Their genuine hospitality made the experience feel less like a rental and more like a second home. 10/10 we’d love to return and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an authentic French break.

A special kind of accommodation, equipped with everything you need. Very idyllically located in nature, perfect for a relaxing weekend. The area is great for hiking and St. Antonin is a surprisingly lively and very beautiful town. We were warmly welcomed by Tom and felt comfortable right away. The pool was also very refreshing :) Unfortunately, the weekend was over too quickly. We would have liked to have stayed much longer and will certainly come back.

We have just returned from a great 5 night break at Patrice's place (Magnolia de Bonheur). The location is really very Impressive indeed. The view from the pool deck is superb. The Gîte was exactly as described and very comfortable. The general property is very rustic and peaceful - totally relaxing and calm. Patrice is a very kind and considerate host and was always responsive and helpful when we had a couple of queries. Les Hauts de Jeanvert is definitely to be recommended. Seemingly conveniently located in the city center and quiet . Very well equipped, very clean, decorated with taste. Honestly I would recommend it. And Albi is a remarkable city. Really not disappointed with our weekend.

We had a great time at Charlotte & Laurent’s place. Their kindness and proactively helpful attitude, combined with the forest environment, created a very pleasant feeling across the stay. As part of a former farm, the property is a traditional stone building which has been recently renovated in a nice way, with a lot of thought given to making you feel comfortable and welcome. The house is very clean, well equipped, including a nice terrasse and a functioning wood stove in the living room. The hosts also raise goats, our kids could feed them and we could attend the milking session. The property is located in a beautiful countryside, and a good base for visiting the Sidobre area with all its picturesque rocks. Highly recommended.

We had a very good stay at Julie and Cyrill’s place. The apartment is comfortable and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed. We were travelling as a couple and with my mother-in-law, and the host had kindly prepared the sofa bed for her – it was very comfortable, just like a proper bed. The main bed was also excellent. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is functional. The location is quiet and private, perfect for exploring Albi, with bakeries and a supermarket within walking distance. It’s also a good base for visiting nearby towns by car. The hosts left us a lovely treat and shared some great tips for buying local products. We also travelled with our small Shih Tzu dog, who was very welcome. Overall, a very pleasant stay – we would definitely come back!
