I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.

Our spacious brick house is located on the Guntersville side of Arab, AL. We are on 7 beautifully wooded acres of almost private surroundings. Relax in your adorable loft studio apartment. This is the second and newest unit on this property. It's located over our garage and has access through the garage so guests do not have to enter the main house to get to this unit. It contains all the amenities listed here and has access to the pool and basketball court just like the other units.
