This brand new Airbnb is in the heart of the Alberta Arts District, you really can't beat the location! The space is located just a block from a stretch of restaurants on NE Killingsworth, two blocks from all of the restaurants and shops on NE Alberta, and a five minute walk to beautiful Alberta Park. This unit is equipped with a toaster oven, hot plate, full size fridge, and dishwasher. Please note this is the lower unit of our home so you will likely hear day to day noises between 6am and 7pm.

Built to feel like a little touch of luxury, with the quaintness and quality of a craft home. This place is a true sneak-away with a two person soaking tub, marble shower, king tempurpedic bed and a fully stocked kitchen. This open studio has 15 ft ceilings allowing ample sunlight and a large, light feeling. This house was designed and built by me my friends so no detail is overlooked or unintentional. Walk to excellent restaurants, call in a local delivery, or stay in and cook with a fully equipped kitchen. Restless kids (or adults) can grab a ball and explore the 16 acre park one block away. Unit is non-smoking/vaping and pet free.

The Alberta Arts Hideaway

This 500 sq foot one bedroom apartment (outfitted for two) is steps away from Alberta Art District and close to Mississippi Ave, Dekum and Concordia. There are many restaurants, bars, arts studios, cafes, theatres etc in the area-- you'll never be at a loss for something to do! We're also centrally located and a short bus/max ride from downtown or the airport! Multiple fans, including cooling fan provided. This is an apartment tucked under our home above.

Flat screen televisions on both levels with access to Hulu streaming services, a desktop computer, and a well-appointed kitchen with appliances and accessories for all your basic needs.

The Tulip Tree sleeps 4 and is conveniently located two blocks from the Alberta Street shopping and dining strip. Great home base for exploring with short rides to downtown + transit access. The apartment has free on-street parking just outside and includes a mini-kitchen with full refrigerator, induction cooktop, convection microwave and dishwasher.
