Our Little House started its life as a 2-car garage, on the alley behind our home, that we transformed into our vision of a cozy and peaceful retreat. This light filled studio is professionally designed, features art from local artists and designers, and is equipped with heating & AC, making it a very comfortable spot to relax and enjoy Portland. You'll have a fully detached private guest house with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space and be two blocks away from the vibrant Alberta district.

Come stay in our sweet, new guesthouse! This is NOT a basement space. It has a real bedroom (not a studio) & full kitchen. The Silver Star cottage is in our backyard but very separate with its own city lane access. Lots of beautiful wood and a cozy vibe. We are 1 block from the fabulous Alberta Arts St. but far enough away that it's quiet here. Perfect! Walk to shops & restaurants. Also easy to access anywhere in the city. There's a double-sized hide a bed couch in the airy living space.

Detached casita /studio apt. in one of the hippest neighborhoods in NE Portland; The Alberta Arts District. One queen bed. A portable crib is available upon request for infants, 3rd party bookings will not be accepted. The cleaning fee will be reduced for short stays of two nights. There is a kitchenette with a small fridge, a toaster-oven, a microwave, two-burner stovetop; no oven. The space is ideal for smaller breed dogs, or a larger very mellow dog, but no cats.

Our goal is for you to feel at home during your stay with the convenient location and amenities. You'll have the space all to yourself as you explore Portland and the surrounding areas or to return to after visiting friends and family. A bolthole created from passion by Kaemingk Collection, The Green Door PDX was designed to provide a unique respite from the energy of Portland while being conveniently located only minutes from downtown and popular shopping/eating districts.
