The beautiful Ruhr Valley villa is located on a 2000 m² property and borders directly on the Ruhr. Idyllic forest and hiking trails as well as the Ruhr Valley cycle path are right outside the front door. The cozy apartment is located in the basement with direct access to the large covered terrace and views of the paradisiacal Ruhr Valley. The 45 m² cozy apartment is modern and newly furnished. From the kitchen table you can look directly through the floor-to-ceiling window into the garden and to the Ruhr.

Enjoy peace and comfort in the modern vacation home on the edge of the forest of Beringhausen in Sauerland! The light-flooded living area on the ground floor offers a glass front with panoramic views and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs there is a bedroom with meadow view, a sleeping alcove for 2 people and a bathroom with bathtub. Outside, the terrace, trampoline and swing invite you to relax. Children can feed our chickens, and depending on availability, there are fresh eggs. The Hennesee is nearby!

The "Egge Resort 7f" holiday apartment, set on a hillside in Altenbeken, offers 48 m² of space for up to two guests. It features a living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. The kitchenette includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with small freezer, double hob, kettle, toaster, and Philips Senseo coffee machine. Bed linen, a dish towel, two sauna towels, two XL bathrobes, two large, two medium, two small towels, and three bath mats are provided.

This vacation home with a large living room and a well-kept farm garden is located in a quiet side street in the center of the small town of Büren, about 100 meters from the market with shops, cafes and restaurants. Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity. The nearby Alme-Auen offer numerous recreational facilities and invite you to walk, hike and cycle. An ideal starting point for sightseeing tours to the nearby sights of the city or hikes on the Sintfeld-Höhenweg.

Our ecological log cabin, built in 2022, is located on the edge of an oak grove on a 550 m high plateau called Oesterberge, in the middle of the Sauerland Nature Park. Located on the edge of our farm, guests of all ages can experience pure nature, tranquility and spectacular views.

Large (120 sqm) stylish attic apartment in the middle of the city center with the best connection to retail, gastronomy and a large city park right behind the house. Fully equipped with kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, large dining table, bathroom with shower and bathtub, workplace and small roof terrace. Wi-Fi, 3 TVs and a tasting of home-brewed beer await you. Great for a short trip or as a starting point for many great things in the area.

Cozy room in the country house with horses

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Rheda-Wiedenbrück At home under 32 oaks

On the northern outskirts of the city of Rheda-Wiedenbrück you will find our apartment, idyllically located between fields on a quiet farm complex with large old trees - our 32 oaks! The apartment, 45 square meters, is a gallery apartment with a cozy, fully equipped kitchen. Up in the gallery is a 1.80 m double bed. The living area on the first floor has a sofa bed (for 2 people) and a bathroom. The apartment also has a small terrace.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me.
