had a wonderful stay in this perfect little studio! Tucked inside a beautifully preserved 1895 house, the space is full of charm and character. Despite its age, everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The host went above and beyond with the extras—everything from snacks and coffee to little touches that made it feel like home. The room was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and welcoming place to stay!

Very spacious and beautiful basement. Perfect place for crashing after exploring the area. Host was very upfront about kids living upstairs. I'm sure if you are there a lot during the day you would hear them playing and being kids in their home. However, I didn't hear them at all past 8pm when I was back for the night. The space was perfect for me and my trip.

We enjoyed our stay at Kristi’s place. It was very clean, and she provided everything we needed to be comfortable. The scenery is amazing! It’s away from the busy-ness of the city, but still within 15-20 minute driving distance of anything we needed. We had lots of fun with the board games, pool table, and arcade game! Kristi was always responsive, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The bnb was in a quiet residential neighborhood — it was a comfortable stay. A feature we loved is the heater units in each room so we didn’t have to agree on a temperature. One odd thing is that many toiletries were left over from other stays and we found some random items around the house left from other guests, but this did not distract or bother from the great stay. Would recommend!

This place by far exceeded my whole expectation of my stay here visiting Silverton. This place felt like home during our stay and was an excellent location for visiting the trail of Ten of Falls. I definitely look forward to coming back! Thank you Audrey, for being such a great host and for receiving us so warmly.

First off we will try and book this place on our next trip to Salem. Good place to relax. Plenty of room. Great kitchen and counter space. Fun things inside , like the furniture that he chose for inside of this place.

Four of us coworkers had work in the area and used the castle house as our home base. Town is only 5 minutes away and getting to restaurants and stores is very easy. This place is a real vibe. Some might call it dated, but it all works together to create a unique spot, far more fun than 4 hotel rooms. Not to mention the theater and audio system, pool table, and fish tank downstairs. The basement bedroom has no window and a curtain rather than door, but it's the most cool, dark, and quiet of them all. Overall a memorable stay and highly recommended!

Perfect, private studio for my three-week stay and even better than expected from the listing! The place had every amenity I needed for a longer stay and was comfortably furnished. Everything looked brand new and spotlessly clean. Quiet neighborhood eight minutes from OSU campus. Lori was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is stunning. The views are beyond excellent. Wonderful amenities. My husband and I loved it. My kids absolutely loved it. Wonderful hosts.

We stayed at Tim’s place for 4 nights with family. It was a super cute comfortable house with modern decor! Everything felt very clean! We enjoyed the area too! We brought our RV trailer as we were going camping afterwards and there was easy street parking! Super convenient, would definitely stay there again!

What a lovely home for a family visit! We came for OSU Family weekend with another family. The house was perfect for us to share. Comfortable and homey, with everything we needed for the long weekend. Joyce and Sera were extremely accommodating when I asked to extend a day for which we were grateful. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

Great stay close to downtown Independence. Quiet, comfortable beds, beautiful property!
