Our place is a private semi self contained home away from home with your own entrance, where we are only a phone call away should you need anything. Plus we provide you with cereal, milk, bread and spreads to help you get started in the morning.

Beautiful home! Extremely comfortable and beautiful designed. Jodie is friendly and quick to respond. She knew I was coming in late so left the heater on so it was nice and warm when I arrived. Definitely recommend staying with Jodie.

Helpful hosts and a divine stay with a lovely bed, great area especially for me in the fridge. Lovely bath to soothe the aches and pains and enjoyed every aspect of this staycation away from home. off street parking was great. Highly recommend. AAAA++++

New Zealand at its finest. The sunrises and sunsets were magnificent on the deck. The Morpork owls were in the distance and the sound was lovely. Was visited by wood pigeons, small parrots and even a Tui on the deck. The driveway was intimidating the first go, but we mastered it quickly. We felt like we were in our private space yet when I had a small emergency they were there to help right away. It was a perfect stay for us nature lovers

We read SO many glowing reviews before booking and now we totally get it—Lynn and Phil are absolute gems! From the moment we arrived they made us feel at home (we’re still not convinced it wasn’t our home all along). Lynn went above and beyond with tips, local recommendations, and even handwrote maps and lists of must-see places—many of which have been added to our itinerary! The house was cosy, comfortable, and full of warmth—perfect for settling into life in NZ. And then there was the welcoming committee: Cobber and Gusto, the two friendliest border collies ever (prepare to fall in love), and Baci the cat, who completely stole my boyfriend’s heart. I almost had to leave him behind with him! If you’re arriving in NZ for the first time and feeling a bit wobbly about things like SIM cards, bank stuff, or just what’s-what, this is the place to start your trip. We couldn’t recommend Lynn and Phil enough—our first 5 days couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you both x

Beautiful property with lots of space. Perfect for a family stay. Only things to be aware of is there is not much parking space and the kitchen is not furnished with many items. We ended up having to go purchase cooking and eating/drinking equipment and crockery. Also noticed some minor cleaning issues/dirt etc on the ceiling and harder to reach places. Would recommend though seeing as it is a very special place and would be so great in summer. Unfortunately for us the weather was too cold to use the pool and tennis court etc but we will back to try these in the warmer months!
