Industrial apartment in the Albaicin

50 square meter apartment. These are two studios that we have joined together to give more space. In one of the rooms, the toilet is separated from the shower, and the walls are made of glass, panels from an old factory that are over 100 years old. In the living room we have an impressive black Chester from the last century and a small kitchen. In the second room, the bed is separated by a golden cage and velvet. The mirror is from the early 20th century.

It's in the middle of the city, so it's easy to get anywhere. Until 12: 00 a.m., the sound of people drinking can be heard slightly outside the window, but it becomes quiet after midnight. They're so thoughtful that they even provide detergent for laundry.

This accommodation has everything you need when you visit a place like Granada: Excellent communication from the host and easy access to the accommodation; they have an agreement with a nearby parking lot which allows you to get a better price per day of parking; the accommodation is very close to good restaurants and the most important historical sites in Granada (The Alhambra, the Cathedral, the Albaicín neighborhood, the viewpoint of San Nicolas, among others). Everything worked very well in the accommodation (the elevator, the air conditioners in each room and the refrigerator). The beds are comfortable for a good rest after a day of walking. I really looked for many accommodation options for our trip to Granada and happily this one we chose gave us what we were looking for: comfort and safety at a very reasonable price. It will definitely be our first choice if we return to Granada.

This was our 2nd year staying at Juan’s. The views from rooftop patio is breathtaking and to have the option of breakfast on the patio just makes the start of your day more memorable. Perfect location and they are present and active on site daily to accommodate the guest’s needs. Cannot say enough except that it has been perfect both times for us and we will return next year.
