The stay was very pleasant. We were with the family. Kids enjoyed the place very well. Jeejo was very helpful. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the property. They have provided a shower in the garden which is very useful when you return from the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property! The location is unbeatable — we spent most of our time on the beach, enjoying the beautiful sunsets right outside the door. It's a perfect spot for both families and groups of friends. The place is clean, comfortable, and having parking available was definitely a big plus. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to relax and soak in the coastal vibes!

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.

From the beginning Regi was very helpful and flexible. As we were coming from England, he realised from the beginning that we might need some extra help ,which he gave. Elsi who looks after the house and guests was fantastic. A really lovely lady who who went out of the way to help us. A real bonus for both the guests and Regi. A real 5* lady.

Thanks a lot Gopu for hosting us. Helped in all possible ways, most importantly allowed us for early-checkin/checkout. Otherwise it would have been difficult with kids. It was a wonderful stay. We stayed here for nearly a week and was a very peaceful neighborhood. Would surely stay here next time when we visit Kottayam.

Annah was a fantastic host clear with all the instructions and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was wonderful, i truly enjoyed it and would love to visit again, even just for the stunning view from the balcony. I had an amazing stay at Flexicubes. The space was exactly as advertised—modern, minimal, and super clean. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design and setup. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, from the furniture to the lighting to the little details that made the place comfortable and functional. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and the host provided clear instructions that made everything easy. The Wi-Fi was strong, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there were fresh towels, toiletries, and even coffee and tea waiting. It felt peaceful, private, and just really well put together. Whether you're working remotely or just looking for a place to relax, this space has everything you need. I’d absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Super 👌 stay

I stay in 2 night first day there is no Air condition work only fan due to the heavy rain that day in kottayam power supply intruptted so that whole building running in generator however our place is very nice.

Arun's, place was a Cute 1BRK on the 3rd floor, was very clean and complete for a family stay. Arun was very proactive and helpful. We completely enjoyed the stay and it was real value for the money paid. Look forward to staying in again when in Cochin.

Stayed at the flat for 2 weeks-We had a great time, clean, safe, nice ambience. Host responded immediately every time we had a question or concern. Overall it was a great experience.

The studio is cute and comfy, I enjoyed especially the balcony where I was having my breakfast every mornings. It’s also really well located, I would recommend the place to anyone who is looking for a temporary pied-a-terre in kochi 👌

James place was placed at a great location. he was so responsive and very helpful.

Extremely friendly host and quite flexible. The place was so well kept and all essentials required were in very good condition. We stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Since there is a generator at the place power supply was not interrupted at all. Overall, the place was neat, well maintained and utilities were all in great working condition. Wi-Fi absolutely great too. Super place to stay.

Aparna is friendly super host and quick responsive. Location is very close to main road and less than 4 km from the Kottayam town and railway station. We liked the apartment and it’s very spacious, all amenities are provided. Highly recommended for others.
